Sit back and relax on the large, lake side porch or patio, of this 3 bedroom, 2 bath, waterfront home. Located on year round deep water, this house has one of the best views available on the lake! The home is comfortably furnished with everything you need for a relaxing weekend, week or month on the lake.

Lake Wedowee is located within a convenient drive of both Atlanta and Birmingham. For you race fans, this property is only 50 miles from the Talladega Super Speedway!

Lake Wedowee covers 10,700 acres and is considered one of Alabama’s cleanest lakes. It has also been rated as one of the top three fishing lakes in the state by the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources with abundant large mouth bass, spotted bass, and crappie. Lake Wedowee is approximately 25 miles long, with 270 miles of shoreline and a maximum depth of 135 feet.

Whatever your pleasure - boating, skiing, picnicking, sailing, swimming or just watching the water lap against the shore - Lake Wedowee provides it all.

Both the large porch and patio provide plenty of space, for outdoor relaxing and dining. The house has great views of the lake from the kitchen, family room and master bedroom. The house features hardwood floors on the main level, tiled bathrooms. A laundry room and large screen TV with satellite service in the family room. There is a large, third, bedroom located in the finished basement with room to sleep six. This area includes a, microwave and refrigerator. All towels, linens, dishes, and cooking utensils are provided.

There is a boat ramp located within 1/2 mile of the house and there is plenty of room to tie your boat up to our dock. So bring your boat and enjoy Life on the Lake!

Rental Terms (*):

3 night minimum for holiday weekends: Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving
1 week minimum for July 4th week
Week rental is 6 nights, 7 days, preferably Sun-Sat
Month rental is 27 nights, 28 days (4 weeks)
Check in is 3:00 PM central time day of arrival
Check out is 10:00 AM central time day of departure

Cancellations

For cash payments a full refund will be returned to the renter on cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival.

For credit card payments a full refund minus a 5% service charge will be credited to the renter's credit card on cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to scheduled arrival will result in a refund of the security deposit, the cleaning fee and 50% of rental fee.

Cancellations made within 15 days arrival will result in a refund of only the security deposit and the cleaning fee. The entire rental fee paid by the renter will be forfeited.
