Egremont Place is a fantastic location. If you are here purely for pleasure you are a five minute walk from The Royal Pavilion, Palace Pier and Kemptown Village with its charming bistros, book stores and historic buildings. You are a leisurely ten minute walk from the heart of Brighton town centre, the north and south lanes, Churchill square shopping centre, bars, clubs, the cinema complex, convention centre and the train station. If you are looking for somewhere to stay due to work then we are also a fantastic choice. Egremont place is right next to the American Express European headquarters, a 3 minute bus journey/ ten minute walk to The Royal Sussex Hospital and on the bus route to get to all other buses, the train station and neighbouring coastal towns.
