Stunning location, with 350' of private beach. This lovely cottage is situated perfectly to allow an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean. From the wrap around porch, or from any room in the cottage, the ocean is your constant companion. The property also boasts a trout pond, and a small river, which empties into the ocean directly in front of the house. This is truly a remarkable property. I searched every property for sale on Prince Edward Island last April, and none even came close to this property, in any price range!!

This fully equipped, modern beach house sleeps up to six people with one master bedroom and two full guest bedrooms upstairs. The downstairs features fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room in an open floor plan for maximum interaction and fun. A gas fireplace adds a romantic touch to this gem of a vacation home.
