Our PicadillyPalace is a Licensed Four Bedroom, Two Bath, air-conditioned spacious Florida rental home/villa featuring a private screened-in Lanai and an elegantly tiled and heated large 28 foot pool with panoramic views to a beautiful and serene woodland conservation area. Only 3.3 miles to Walt Disney World and close to the other area attractions that Central Florida has to offer. About an hour's drive to the Atlantic Ocean or Gulf Coast beaches.
The Master Bedroom Suite has a king size bed, cable TV/VCR, adjoining private sitting area, a private attached bathroom with separate tub, shower and his/hers double sinks. The Second Bedroom Suite has a queen size bed. The remaining two bedrooms each have two twin beds, their own cable TV along with a Playstation with games in one and a VCR in the other. All bedrooms are fully furnished with ample closet space. A sofa bed is also available to sleep additional guests, bringing accommodations comfortably to 10 guests. A crib and two strollers are available for the little one - free for your use.
The house has spacious living areas including a main living room with comfortable seating, tables, lamps, and entertainment center featuring a large screen TV and DVD/VCR; a breakfast area (seats six); a formal dining room (seats six); a utility room with washer and dryer; and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots/pans and utensils. All linens and towels are provided.
For more fun - we offer a computer - protected with "goback" (and laser printer/fax/copier/scanner) attached to the internet through a high speed DSL connection for your use and enjoyment - free to use! Play games ... check email ... have fun! Receive or send faxes from the comfort of the villa/home -free for your use. Make copies (automatic page feeder and flatbed) of those needed documents - free for your use.
And for your safety and security - we have installed four outside (only) perimeter cameras connected to a closed circuit ADT surveillance system with monitor - two cameras on the front door/driveway and one camera each along the two sides of the villa/house.
From pictures on the walls to pencils in the desk, everything is ready to make your vacation fit for a King and Queen.
Our villa is Licensed in the State of Florida and Osceola County for Short Term Rental. Our license hangs in the villa and we can provide proof of licensing on demand. You can be sure that the taxes you pay are forwarded to the State and County on your behalf. Unlicensed villas are not only illegal to stay in, but you run the risk of being evicted as the State and County crack down on unlicensed villas in Florida. Ask, before you rent any villa to be sure it is licensed. Play it safe and only stay in a Licensed Villa - as is ours.

- Kid Friendly: We have children and understand that they have needs too. So, we equipped our villa with many TVs so there is no fighting on what station to watch. We have provided some toys for the toddlers as well as built a library of books and videos with children in mind. Our broadband connected computer lets the teens stay connected with their friends back home. Equally important is the sliding glass door to the pool is child safe when locked correctly (pin locks are over 6ft high that prevent children from opening the door if inserted correcly).

Year Purchased: 2003
As frequent visitors to central Florida and the theme parks, with our family of 5, we previously stayed in hotels. Like most Americans we just weren't aware of the benefits of staying in a rental home. One day we happened upon an ad for a rental home and took the chance. And it changed our lives forever. We were amazed at all we got compared to that 'cramped hotel room' and then thought, "what if we owned and could make that house/villa just right for us". Well, we did just that. We purchased this home and have been taking care of it ever since. It takes a lot of work and money to keep a vacation home up to standards but the benefits to us, as a family that truly loves this house, makes it worth all the time and investment. I'm sure you will enjoy our home as much as we do!
Why the Owner Chose Lindfields
After looking at many homes/villas for sale in this area, we settled on this home/villa due to it's spacious size, scenic/serene conservation overlook, and proximity/closeness to Disney World. Lindfields was one of the first short term rental communities and therefore unlike newer builds where the homes are packed one on top of the other, the homes in our community are spread out and are more spacious.
The Unique Benefits of this Rental Home/Villa
We fell in love with the partially covered lanai and oversized pool but especially the serenity and quiet of the conservation overlook. To this day, we can't be happier with our choice and are sure you will find our home as inviting as we do.
