Beautiful Place pros and cons

We stayed here in 2007 for a week. My 4th trip to Beaver Creek. It is as beautiful as it looks. It has everything. However this is not Ski-In Ski-Out. It is "considered". You have to walk down the road and up an embankment to get to a lift. And you can't ski back to it either. You have to walk back up the same road with your skis and carry your gear. I have always understood it to mean you can ski-out of it and ski in to it if it was marked ski-in ski-out. Other than that I think It has some of the most beautiful views and the private HotTub outside is great.
Owner response:Thank you so much for the review/critique of the property. We have tried to make the ski-in, ski-out issue more clear by saying it has ski-in, ski-out "access" in the headline. We also explain in the description that it is a short walk to the Chairlift. According to rental agencies in CO and the Borders Lodge/Royal Elk Villas group, the complex is considered to have ski-in, ski-out access. We have also posted an overhead photo showing the distance from the town home to the chairlift to clear up any uncertainty--please see the last photo on this page. Either way, you do have to walk to ski, you cannot just start skiing from the front door.

15"-18" of fresh powder on New Years Day. Our family of 8 has really enjoyed our week at your lovely home. What a joy to have 5 bathrooms for 5 daughters. The view of the fireworks and torchlight parade from your deck was terrific.
