The beach here is relaxing, quiet, surf and pelicans only. Home has all you need and then some. We are seniors and the home left us in good shape, and it was in great condition.

The home was located on the beach, everything we read was on the property ie. appliances, furnishings. Encanto beach is amazing, lots of beach all day, no rocks etc. We would recommend as we are travelers and felt at home with our family. The town was about 20 min or so but roadway was cleared and easy. Take a flashlight for night walks on beach as there is total darkness when moon is low and the eves walks were worth it. Vendors were not annoying as on the first beach but pleasant to deal with as usual.

Just a nice little house on the BEACH. Family loved the sand all day. Plan on sunny days. We'll be back.

We're regulars once a year so this was new for us. About 5 miles from town down toward the new airport, there was a sandy, all day long beach. The home was clean, newly remodeled so we had the best of RP. Get ice and supplies unless you leave, there are no stores for 4 miles or so. Good time etc.

This beach is still our favorite. An original beach house in Rocky Point, so don't expect too many upgrades. But...the owners are clean, honest, and really funny to bargain with. If you enjoy simple, but very comfortable, and great beach, this is the one.

Rocky Point does not disappoint. Proximity to the university from Arizona to Mexico made the trip easier. This house was well-equipped, and very beachy. A good quiet before our 1st week of school storm. Nice.

Rocky Point was a pleasant area. Our experience worked out for the grandchildren as the beach was sandy and safe. Looks like our references paid off. You couldn't ask for a cuter home and the beach on playa encanto was quiet. As with many rental houses, it was worth the questions and answers to have a mutual personal touch from the owners. If you travel to the area, the money exchange is good, the local restaurants, namely,"dolphines" was priced right and good variety. The border was fast going in but our customs took a little longer leaving Mexico so plan on a wait and purchase the street vendor tortillas, that was a treat when we arrived at home.

That's it, just what we hoped for and just what we received from the home, area and quiet beach. Our family had a blast. We appreciated the info and the hoops to pass the reference tests were worth the bother. Please tell them Marci's group recommended, we will actually receive a discount. No matter, we're still returning often.
