This 5400sf home is situated mid-mountain and directly overlooks The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, and Bachelor Gulch Village. Views of Avon, the Gore Range, Red & White Mountains, and Game Creek Bowl in Vail are stunning. Adjacent Roughlock and Everkrisp ski runs offer both easy green and moderate blue run choices to the Bachelor Gulch Express lift. There are 4 fireplaces, 2 dens, Playroom, Office Area, and Gourmet Kitchen.
This slope-side location is even easier than most with a heated walkway into the private ski-room with convenient cubbys and boot warmers/dryers. This Snowberry Unit is a five bedroom, six and-a-half bath home and features the finest in design throughout. There are two private garages, private Hot-Tub, and open, airy living areas which make this property an ideal choice for family and friends. Expansive windows soak up the surrounding mountain alpine scenery and large spacious private decks encourage outdoor enjoyment throughout the year. There are hallways to each bedroom offering privacy not found in most locations.

There are additional Queen Sleepers in the playroom and main level den. We also have a portable Graco Pack & Play.

I recently stayed at this house for a ski vacation. There were 4 families which included 6 kids and 8 adults. Everything was perfect and there was space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the pictures on this site do not do it justice. This was a true ski-in and out... all we had to do was lift our skis off the patio and we were on the slope. Mark (the owner) was very helpful and accommodating with information about the house and area and he was easily accessible to answer questions while we were in the house. Bachelor Gulch is great for all ski levels and we never had to wait to get on the lifts unlike Beaver Creek which was very busy. The service at the Ritz was great as usual and the free shuttle service was very useful and easy to use. We would definitly stay at this house again!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great week staying at Snowberry. The property is just fantastic and the location is perfect - about a mile above the Ritz by car and a very short skiing distance to the lift. True ski-in, ski-out. The views are also outstanding. In addition to having 3 master suites and two bunk rooms with all of the amenities listed above, what really made this house great for a visit with children was the two large separate sitting areas. Adults could watch a movie at night in one area at night with the children in a separate area. There is also a third area off the kitchen. we highly recommend this rental location.Recommended for: Families with young children.

My family of 7 and another family of 3 recently returned from an extended weekend at this beautiful home. We have stayed at the Ritz in Bachelor Gulch and the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek on several previous trips to the area. The access to the slopes is better than either of those great hotels. The home has two (actually the downstairs bedroom could be counted as a third Master since it has its own bathroom) master bedrooms and two large bunkrooms which are great for families with children/teen-agers (we had 6 on our trip). Downstairs has its own living area with bunkroom and third "master". There is a fridge and sink in the tv area and a wii game as well. Right off the gameroom is the mudroom which is literally one step off the porch onto the blue run, Roughlock. There is a boot/glove warmer in the room, another bathroom and plenty of storage for ski gear for the 10 of us. The gourmet kitchen has everything you need, includinjg a wine fridge and top end appliances. Make a stop at the City Market to stock up for your stay. We also used Foods of Vail to have some ready made meals delivered to the home, which were delicous. Gondola Pizza delivers to the house and it was a huge success for all 6 of the kids. There is a free shuttle that will take you to the Ritz (only minutes away, when you ski down to it) or into Beaver Creek Village. It is a very reliable and convenient service we have used many times. I would also recommend using Ski Butlers, especially for large groups renting ski/snowboard equipment. We have used them many times and have always been happy with both the quality of the equipment and the reliability of the company. They deliver and pick up your equipment directly to the house and will fit you there, saving you the time and hassle of going to the rental shop in town. The owner of the home, Mark, provided us with extensive information on the area and on the house so we felt quite prepared when we arrived. Mark was gracious and quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this amazing home with incredible views and ski-in/ski-out location.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
