Relax/Dine on the front patio with views over the golf course, or enjoy the privacy of the side yard with its lounge chairs, dining set, and outside speakers (floorplan available). The house has Mexican pavers (except for two carpeted bedrooms) so it is casually barefoot friendly.
Fully equipped with TVs/DVD players/VCRs, videos, stereos, pool toys, etc. Bring food and suntan lotion for fun in the sun. Discount golf/tennis information available.

Hi, our names are Mark and Patti Hatch, we are both in our 50's. Patti does interior design so both all our places are done up very nicely (I just drive and lift things as directed).

We live in San Clemente, but love to travel to our places in Palm Desert and Lake Arrowhead since they make for such great "get-aways", and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
The Unique Benefits of this Golf Course Villa
Having a private sideyard adds a level of privacy to our place since all but the front windows and doors face out into the gardens (with the front facing out over the golf course).
