This condominium is located in sunny Venice, Florida. That is about one hour north of Fort Myers and one hour south of Tampa. It is about 20 minutes from Sarasota. It is great for any snowbirds wanting to make their way down for the winter.
It is a turn-key furnished unit. There is a complete leather living room set (sofa, loveseat, chair, and ottoman) with a 27-inch Panasonic TV and a DVD and VCR player. There is a complete master bedroom set and a complete guest bedroom set. There is a stylish table in the nook. The office/den is also completely furnished and there is a cable modem and wireless router for internet access if you desire. This room could be used as a third bedroom as it has a full-size futon.
The condominium backs up to a preserved lake. It is really a peaceful place. The lanai is enclosed by glass so it can be air conditioned or opened up to enjoy nature. The entire condominium is 1400-plus square feet.
The rent is $2600 for a three-month lease and below the seasonal market rates of other units in the community. If you wanted to commit for four months, then I would lower that to $2400 and to $2200 for a five-month commitment. If you commit to a six-month lease then I would be willing to rent it for $1800/month. This is truly a steal as the other two that are listed in this community are for $2800 and $2900 per month and those units are on the second floor!
This condominium is five minutes from the beach!
Golf courses are plentiful and fishing opportunities abound in the area (right from your lanai if you desire)! Reserve your spot here now and enjoy the winter warmth that is Florida.
