With almost 2000 square feet of impeccably designed Hawaiian interior, elegant furnishings, and pool area we offer the luxury of a hotel at an affordable price. Being a new, private, gated community with on-site manager you feel secure and confident that all amenities including the pool, Jacuzzi, and barbecue are kept to the highest standard every day. As the house is a second home for the owners the house is always kept to the highest standard of cleaning and fresh supplies.
There are two master suites downstairs and one bedroom upstairs. All bathrooms are elegantly decorated with black granite. One of the master en suite bathrooms has a Jacuzzi tub. There is one king-size bed and two queen-sized bed. Have romantic breakfasts and dinners on the upstairs private LANAI facing the golf course. Relax in the evenings in front of the massive, flat screen TV with DVD/CD/VCR.
For the executive that like to keep in touch whilst on vacation we also supply fax, printer, and high-speed DSL Internet that is available throughout the house! Please ask for the details.
Policies:
Strictly no smoking, no shoes, no pets of any kind. No surf board. Additional fees: Hawaii tax and $190 cleaning fee.
Deposits:
There is a $300 deposit for each week due at time of booking. Minimum deposit $500. Full payment due 30 days prior to check in except during 12/17-1/7 when payment is due 60 days prior to check in. Extended stays longer than one month have varying deposit requirements.
Refunds:
Deposit is refundable four to six weeks after check out less the applicable cleaning fee and any additional assessment for extraordinary cleaning, damages, or similar charges. Except for Christmas bookings, with a 60-day written notice, we will refund the full deposit, less a $75 processing fee. If less than 60 days' written notice, the entire deposit will be forfeited. If less than 30 days' written notice, the rent and excise tax will be forfeited unless the unit can be re-rented.
