Spacious, NON-SMOKING, mountain getaway conveniently located within Bear Hollow Village, located at the base of Utah Olympic Park and close to ski resorts: The Canyons (two miles), Park City (five miles), and Deer Valley (seven miles). Other area amenities include shopping, restaurants and theatres, tubing, plus Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Sundance, Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and several cross-country areas are all within a 45-minute drive.

THIS PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED, LUXURIOUS END-UNIT TOWNHOME features an open, tri-level floor plan with wireless high-speed internet access and an attached two-car private garage. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops overlook the vaulted ceiling family room with comfortable furnishings and a cozy fireplace. From anywhere in these rooms you have a great view of the 50-inch HDTV with HDTV DirecTV satellite programming and DVD player. Through the kitchen window and off the back deck you have a fantastic view of the Utah Olympic Park. While enjoying the view, immerse yourself in total relaxation...the 6 person hot tub. In addition, a gas barbecue grill is located on the covered deck just off the kitchen.

The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a beautiful maple and tin queen-size bed with custom bedding and its own large private bathroom, an oversized tub, and walk-in tiled shower stall. The second and third bedroom share a full bathroom and each also have custom-made queen-size bedding with a LCD/HD TV and DVD player. The loft area has a dark mahogany desk and chair for those times when you must stay connected to the office and a comforatble leather chair and ottoman, perfect for relaxing with a book.

A large washer and dryer are conveniently located in the upstairs hallway.

The private downstairs den has its own full bath, 37-inch LCD/HD flat screen TV & DVD player, and a queen-size sofa sleeper. The den is a great getaway for the kids to hang out and relax, or is ideal as a second master.

Nearby you will find the village park and new clubhouse. The clubhouse includes an exercise room, plasma TV, fireplace, a computer with high-speed internet access, kitchen, locker rooms, and a community pool with hot tub.

    • I've skied all over Utah for years and usually stay in fairly nice single family residences. This unit is easily in the top two. The unit is very modern with lots of room and all the amenities of P.City/D.Vly at half the price. For those who don't like condos/Townhomes for the noise and banging of adjacent units, this place was surprisingly quiet. I would highly recommend this place to those families and serious skiers who like luxury but don't have to be right in the center of the action. The drive up to the resorts is 10 minutes and the bus is about a 300 yard walk. The owner was also very nice in flexing the checkout times for those who ski the day of arrivial/departure as long as there is not a guest arriving the same day.

    • Many, many thanks to the James' for providing us with not only a beautiful townhouse to stay in during our ski vacation, but great communication as well. The townhouse it top-notch. What you see in the photos is what you get. Beds were comfy also which is not always the case when you rent. We look forward to returning to Park City next year, as we feel we have found a place that will never disappoint - and the skiing at The Canyons was heavenly. All questions were answered promptly, and with great detail and appreciation. That is not always the case, especially when you are eager to book, and have to wait for responses. Thanks again for a fantastic vacation!!

The snowfall was incredible while we were there and we certainly got our fill of driving in the snow again! :-) Your home is absolutely lovely and Kirk and I both loved the way you have finished it. I would love to know where you got your artwork; I especially loved the piece in the Master Bedroom. All in all, it was a lovely time and I just wanted to thank you for your hospitality.

    • We felt like we were walking into a brand new home. This very spacious townhouse is beautifully decorated, extremely well appointed with every convenience of home, and kept immaculately clean! The beautiful gourmet kitchen had everything we needed. The private deck with a beautiful view (and hot tub) was the icing on the cake. Large capacity washer and dryer also an added bonus... Convenient to everything in Park City. Love the Kimball Junction shopping! Try skiing Alta, too. It’s only a 30 minute drive. What a wonderful vacation! We hope to stay with you next year!!

    • Wow, what a great place to stay! It was so nice and clean and beautifully decorated. Top of the line amenities. We were with a large group who rented throughout the property, and everyone who came by said our place was the nicest. It was comfy and cozy and we were very appreciative of the air conditioning!! It was very needed. My favorite part was waking up and looking out the window to see where the neighborly cows were. What a view!! It's the perfect location...awesome view, and close to everything. A+ in our book! We will be back...We want to see it in winter now!!
