Five-minute walk to the beach and town center. the House (Casa Las Brisas) is a very private location with lots of exterior decking and open views of the ocean and town. Approximately 2000 square feet.
Three bedrooms. Ocean views from each bedroom. Maximum capacity is 6 adults and 2 children. No more than 6 adults. From the master bedroom the surf can be seen and heard without getting out of the king sized. Beautiful kitchen and living areas also overlook the ocean. Palapa roof over master bedroom. Two levels with three bedrooms and two baths on upper level. Kitchen, bathroom, living, and bedroom with bath on the main floor. An exterior shower located on the west side of the casa with hot and cold water for showering when returning from the beach.
Palapa-covered deck areas on the main level. One half acre which includes Mango trees and banana trees in a jungle setting. Very private location on the top of the lot.
High pressure water system, not gravity. House is managed locally and the casa is cleaned 2 times per week which includes linen exchange.
There is a septic system for this casa so toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. Most toilets in Mexico do not allow for toilet paper due to the municipal water treatment limitations.

The person who was supposed to meet us was impossible to get a hold of. We had to stay with at a friends place the first night since she never answered or returned our calls. Once we got inside, one room was unusable because pigeons had gotten in and pooped all over the bed. The owner sent someone to fix the chicken wire, but by the next day they were in again. The owner promised me a partial refund, but after many months of him saying he was a man of his word and would send it when he had it, I gave up. Pretty house, but horrible management.

Great casa! Perfect location in a jungle setting with awesome views. The perfect distance from the town and beach, but not too close for some privacy. Definitely would go back and rent this house with authentic mexican architecture throughout the house.

Great house! Very large, great views, really close to to town/beach. Also quieter than right next to beach-- where music is played loud until late. We loved our stay. We will be back!
