We are providing you an EXCEPTIONAL and spacious, two-bedroom, beach home for a fun and fantastic vacation, 19 floors above the gulf. And, how many condos are going to have a full service restaurant, lounge, live music, coffee and ice cream bar, and more, right in the building at the bottom of the elevator. How many places can send a waitress from the lounge right to your swimming pool chair to take and serve your order. SPECIAL attention to fun furnishings and decorating give this newly furnished unit a beachy colorful feel. And, the quality of the furnishings... VERY NICE INDEED! The living room area has been furnished with a plush comfortable sofa (sleeper) and chairs. You will love them with the TV, DVD movies or stereo music. This condo is meant to be kid and family friendly. We have furnished our unit with board games, movies, CDs, magazines and more for your family's pleasure. Even High Speed Internet.
Even our balcony is furnished with great attention. There is a table and four chairs for meals and two chaise lounges. We love to spend breakfast there to start the day, and cocktails there to wind down before a nice evening dinner. It is so RELAXING, just like you want your vacation. The men will love relaxing on the balcony while the women get ready for an evening out.
The master bedroom and bath are presented with a touch of elegance. We wanted our vacation master bedroom to even feel better than the one you have at home. You do not even have to get up from the king-size bed to see the gulf waters. PERFECT for parents traveling with the family or couples taking some time to get away. PAMPER yourself everyday of your stay.
A queen-size bed in the second bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa will take care of everyone nicely and comfortably too.

Ariel Dunes is situated inside the Seascape Resort next to Majestic Sun and Surfside. If you are visiting Destin for the first time, you have found the right place for your vacation. It is the newest, nicest and one of the tallest. The pools are over 11,000 square feet, heated out of season, and you need to see the waterfalls. One pool is a new state of the art walk-in pool. Our building has also just added a full service restaurant complete with delivery. There is also a lounge/bar, coffee shop and ice cream parlor right at the bottom of your elevator, a rare and awesome condominium amenity. The Seascape Resort is a well-known Destin vacation spot with its 18-hole championship golf course on site right out your door, and a popular local tennis center with regular tournament activity.
At the Whales Tail Beach Bar and Grill (on our beach), you can get food and refreshments right on the beach behind our condo. Safe biking areas, and much more is found throughout this resort. Runners love it here too. Entrances are gated and guarded to add traffic and safety control. Our beach is 2000-feet long and powder white. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available for the day or week in season. Nothing has been missed here.
