Beautifully decorated fourth-floor unit of Gulfport's first high rise (14 floors) condominium complex. This complex withstood the harsh results of Hurricane Katrina with flying colors.
Our unit has a great eastern view where you can see all the way to the Beau Rivage. The balcony is huge with a bar and chairs. The master bath features a separate shower and tub and a toilet closet. The countertops in the kitchen, baths and wet bar are granite, and the flooring is tile throughout except the bedrooms. Full size refrigerator with ice maker and full size washer and dryer. Everything you need is available except your personal items and food.
Complex amenities include two outdoor pools, and indoor pool, two hot tubs, an exercise facility, saunas, game room, first floor kitchens for your convenience while cooking on the BBQ grills around the pool, a putting green, and a commercial spa for massages and facials. The beach is just across the street and you're only a couple of blocks from Edgewater Mall.
