This is a Penthouse condo! The condo features a panoramic view with no one above you, muted noise levels from bellow, and at times, even pelicans gliding by in formation 20' away at eye level as you sit on the large balcony enjoying the clear waters, white sand, and spectacular sunsets. This gulf-front condo was professionally decorated for your comfort and enjoyment.
The living room features a queen sized sleeper sofa, a new flat panel LED TV with DVD & CD player and has direct access to the balcony and Gulf views. The balcony features aluminum sling back furniture with teak wood arms. Two lounges with table along with dining table & six chairs ensure your comfort. The master bedroom also has direct balcony access, a king-sized pillow-topped mattress, and a large screen TV with DVD & CD player, plus its own private bathroom with luxury touches like the double head shower, double sinks, and separate toilet room. Free High-speed WIFI Internet access is also provided.
The second bedroom features a queen-sized pillow-topped mattress and all drapes are of the lined 'black-out' variety. Another TV with DVD & CD player is included, along with private access to 2nd Bathroom. There are 2 stacked bunk beds (perfect for kids or teenagers) off the dining area and the kitchen features stainless steel GE Profile appliances with Granite countertops. We want your time spent here to be comfortable and memorable! Treasure Island Resort is located on the quiet end of Thomas Drive yet is convenient to everything--1 mile from St. Andrews State Park, within walking distance of Schooner's (food, drink, & nightlife), and close to Captain Anderson's and other good restaurants.

We spent the first week in June it this condo! Our family had an amazing experience. My little girls 7 and 5 loved the bunk beds! The condo was so clean and taken very good care of! We loved eating dinner on the balcony each evening! Overall it was an amazing first time experience and I have no doubt that we will be back!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We loved the condo! Had a great vacation. We always stay at Treasure Island, this condo is a treasure, tastefully decorated and very relaxing just like home. We would recommend this condo, and will rent this unit again if available. The veiw is beautiful!

Your condo was GREAT! Absolutely beautiful! AWESOME VIEW! We really enjoyed our "Mom's Get Away"! The pool, public bathrooms, etc. were very nice and clean! Also we never had to wait on the elevator too long. We look forward to staying again next year! Thanks!

We stayed at the condo over Easter Break 2007. Our first impression when we wlked into the condo was 'WOW, it's so beautiful and very, very clean'. We loved the layout and had plenty of room for the 8 of us. The condo looks professionally decorated and had everything you could need. The elevator system worked great. We never had to wait. The pool was gorgeous, big and was heated. There were bathrooms available off the pool deck which were exceptionally clean as well. We had no complaints at all.

Unit 2305 is a very tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped, spacious 2 bedroom unit. Kitchen facilities mirror the comforts of our home. Being on the 23rd floor was not a concern, we felt safe and secure and grew to appreciate the pelican's eye view. The views from both the front and balcony of the condo are stunning.

We have stayed in many condo's in the Destin/Panama City Beach area and in our opinion this unit is one of the nicest. Brian and Sharon have gone out of their way to make our stay very comfortable and relaxing. Talk about a fully equiped condo, this unit provided us with many little extras that we have never recieved before. Beside having these creature comforts the unit is tastefully decorated and the furniture is quite comfortable. The views from both the front and rear of the condo are spectacular. Being located within walking distance to St. Andrew's State Park was one of the reason we chose Treasure Island. I would definitely rent this unit again.
