As you are considering a mountain vacation, we invite you to consider our vacation home in Snowmass, which is located up the mountainside and across from the Snowmass Country Club, a mile from ski lift parking for the Snowmass Ski runs, with shuttle bus access or village pick-up by reservation, and a fifteen minute drive into Aspen, with its legendary skiing and wide range of restaurants.
Our home has three bedrooms, and with three full baths, and provides all of the amenities of home. Its deck overlooks the vast Brush Creek Valley and the Snowmass Country Club In the distance, you view the length of Owl Creek Valley, even past Aspen Mountain.
The master bedroom is on the upper level of the house, where you will also find the kitchen, family living and dining room, and a balcony overlooking the adjacent valleys. The lower level includes 2 bedrooms (one of which is a large family-style room), 2 baths, and utility room with full-sized washer and dryer.
Amenities include a large family room, with oversized wood burning fireplace, where it's easy eo enjoy the aroma of pinion wood as the flames glow, a kitchen that is fully equipped for entertaining, all linens supplied, and a parking permit provided to allow easy access into Snowmass Village.
This is a NON-SMOKING home, and NO PETS are allowed.

Regular - $400 per night (Five Night Minimum)
Holiday - Christmas / New Years Weeks- $650 per night (One Week Minimum)
Property damage deposit may be required.
Checks only, no credit cards.
All rentals require a 50% deposit for confirmation.
Total rental is rental rate plus 12.8% sales tax

Ten of us, in 3 generations of the family, all from the eastern slope of Colo.,spent 5 superb days skiing, snowshoeing, eating, watching basketball tournament games, playing games, and thoroughly enjoying this get-away home. Everything was "as advertised". The owner was very helpful in answering questions about the home beforehand, and the local contact (part of the owner family) called to see if all was well after we had settled in. I (we) would enthusiastically recommend this property to any group similar to ours. I hope we can do a repeat performance next year!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.
