Fenced-in back yard includes a spacious walk-out patio overlooking the pool and spa. The patio stretches across the rear of the house with access from dining area (centrally located) as well as private access from master bedroom at one end of the house and the guest bedroom at the other end. Both bedrooms have view of the pool with walk-out access to patio/pool area.
Master bedroom has king-size bed and TV, also private bath with newly tiled shower and double vanity. Guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and full bath adjacent. Lazy Boy couch provides a queen-size hide-a-bed.
Den has french doors for privacy with desk and chair.
This is a quiet neighborhood, close to everything including shopping, dining and the lake.

This home met all of our expectations. It's immaculately clean, bright and open. The mountain view is enhanced by the pool and spa. The neighborhood is quiet and walker friendly. It's a mile to just about anything one would need. Dennis the caretaker, is Johnnie on the spot if you have any questions. The Balloon Festival is amazing and if you want you can just walk over to the bridge and enjoy it from there. Perfect!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

This is a lovely home that is close to all amenities. The property manager, Dennis, came in person to check out how we were doing in case we needed help with the spa or anything else. Very nice guy! The kitchen facilities were amazing - lots of supplies (dishes, glasses, spices etc). We did run out of propane for heating the pool and spa but since it was nearly our last day, it wasn't a big inconvenience. I would recommend that the renter checks this at the beginning of the stay - just in case. The home was clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay there again.

We had a fabulous time with nice evenings with sunset over the mountains. Both the house, the views and the pool was consistent with was stated before we left home. We like to go back, it is strongly recommended. Especially suitable for those who want to retire to a quiet environment after a night out or a busy day at the beace.,

Your home was everything you had written along with photos. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals + outside BBQ at pool side which we put to good use along with a wonderful patio. The office area was a bonus for us to use our computers. Nice beds & bathrooms! We would recommend your home to all.
