Located on five very secluded ridgetop acres with unobstructed views of the Continental Divide that are absolutely spectacular! You have 180 degree views of the Continental Divide from the kitchen, living room, and one of the bedrooms, as well as the entire deck. You can enjoy the views in the private hot tub right out the front door overlooking thousands of undeveloped acres. Wildlife includes large herds of Elk grazing in the meadow below, Wild Turkey right in the yard, and even an occasional bear sighting. The unit has a very spacious floor plan and the secluded setting gives you the feeling of living right in the wilderness, yet you have easy access to town and Wolf Creek Ski Area all on paved roads. We are located in the Meadows area of Fairfield. SPECIAL RATES: Call for last minute openings. Come and ski or Snowboard Wolf Creek (the most snow in Colorado) this Winter. Pagosa Springs also has one of the nicest hot springs in Colorado to soak in after a day on the mountain. Save on rentals! $150. refundable security deposit , $55.00 cleaning fee
A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is due within 7 days of the booking date.
The remaining 50% is due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
