Inviting and spacious, 4 BR, 3 BA log cabin with den; on two levels. This beautiful retreat is in the tranquil mountain community of "The Benchmark" and yet 5 minutes to gas and 10 minutes to groceries! Its only 12-15 minutes from I-40 (exit 20).

Several windows, sky lights, and sliding glass door, take-in the views and beauty of nature. Spend an evening by the stone fireplace, play a game of cards in the den, or just enjoy the views from the rocking chairs. The cool, and quiet, wooded setting allows for an all-around relaxing atmostphere. Careful, you may not wanna leave.

A cabin for all seasons, it offers easy year-round access and convenience, so bring your fishing rod, or your skis in the winter. Open floor plan, gives kitchen and living area ample room for large families to gather. The master bedroom includes a king size poster bed with a Tempur-pedic mattress! 2nd features a queen size canopy bed with a pillow top mattress; and its own deck in a private wooded setting. Kids can enjoy their own space in the 3rd bedroom as well. Downstairs, other family members can stay in the 4th bedroom, that has two twin beds and a full bathroom. Several games like ping pong and foosball are available in the garage game room. Internet access is also provided, so "JUST BRING YOUR LAPTOP".

  • The aloha cabin was a beautiful home and I am so glad that I stayed here with my family. Although the drive up the gravel road was different than I expected, the amazing mountain views by far made it more than worth it. All the boys enjoyed the ping pong table. The house had all the details, from great, clean, furnishings to really soft toilet paper. It was an awesome visit.

  • We rented the place for 2 nights (Feb 27th - March 1st 2009). We were a group of 5 couples and we had a lot of fun at the place. The Table Tennis and foosball kept us busy indoors while the skiing kept us busy outside. Ms.Aloha was really helpful and our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. The location is perfect.

    We had a great time staying at the cabin. The view from the deck is great.The cabin is very clean & there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. We had no problems at all. I would recommend the home.

  • Nosotros tuviomos la oportunidad de quedarnos una semana en esta hermosa cabaña, mis hijos, esposa al igual que you disfrutamos bastante los juegos, el lago y el area de juego los niños lo pasaron magnifico. Fumos a pasear al Blue Ridge Parkway y visitamos el area de Cherokee y por las noches todos nos sentabamos al rededor de la chiminea, fue encantador, este viaje fue bien relajante "SE LOS RECOMIENDO"

  • My family of four stayed a week in this beautiful cabin in October and it was a wonderful experience. The home is tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean and uncluttered. Our kids had a great time playing foosball and ping-pong down in the game room, which is unheated but it wasn't uncomfortably cold down there.It was wonderful having a nice laundry room, too. The Tempur-Pedic bed was awesome! That's what we have at home, so that was a nice little luxury on vacation. A very quiet and beautiful area. The road up is a little narrow and scary---I don't know how it would be in winter but no problem in fall. Cooking out on the deck was great with the pretty view. Aloha is so nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this home.

  • My family and the other two stayed in this vacation home for last Christmas. It is very clean and lovely decorated. The house has very nice view. The price was very reasonable and the owner was very nice and helpful.
