Coastal theme, freshly remodeled, new paint, carpet, beds, appliances, etc. One bedroom, one bath. Sunroom for storing fishing poles and other gear. Full size washer and dryer in sunroom. Conveniently located only two blocks away from the Laguna Madre. Great location for those who enjoy fishing, visiting the beach or shopping in the city.

Fully equipped with three brand new twin beds, a full size futon couch, dining table, cable TV, alarm clock, ceiling fans, new dishes, pots and pans, new oven and stove, new microwave, George Foreman grill inside, bbq pit outside.

  • Every effort is made to make you feel at home in this delightful place. I would definitely stay here again. The location is a bit off the beaten path which was just fine for us. Traveling around CC is a breeze. TIP FOR FUTURE GUESTS: Find out where your high-speed carrier's hot spots are. We found ours (AT&T) at the McDonalds a couple miles up the road.

  • I rented this guesthouse for my son's fishing team during the Baffin Bay Rodeo - it was great! Close to the Bluffs Landing Marina, easy to find and get to, within 1/2 mile of the Laguna Madre, all the comforts of home - it was great! The owners where very kind and even called to wish them luck! We look forward to using this guesthome again next year!!

  • We stayed in the Laguna Madre Guesthouse for a week Mid-June with our 16 month old and our 3 1/2 year old. It was the perfect size and in the perfect location for us to do all we wanted to do in our time there & we did A LOT!!. One morning we're on the island at the beach fishing and that afternoon we're at the bayfront park downtown playing on a HUGE wooden playground. We really can't say enough about how conveniently located this property was for us. Restaurants, retail & recreation (the three R's of vacation, right?) were all within minutes of our Chorpus Christi "home away from home". Thank you again & hope you're available during our next visit.

  • We just returned from two week stay in this guesthouse. The guesthouse is great and in excellent location just 1 mile from the best flat water windsurfing in the U.S. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other windsurfers.

  • Our weekend away was great! This guesthouse was very nice. It contained all of the comforts of home. The owners were also very accomodating. Overall, it was a great experience.
