Come enjoy our beautiful poolside condominium -awarded a Prestige Property award- at Summer Beach Resort. We are in a gated complex conveniently located near the Ritz Carlton of Amelia Island, the Golf Club of Amelia Island and Summer Beach Resort Beach Club. Amelia Island Plantation is also very close by.
Extensive and complete renovations make this your ideal beach escape as we have used only top quality furnishings and bright cheerful colors throughout. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet and full bath with tub/shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The adjoining bath has a very large tile shower. There is also a single rollaway and the couch is extremely comfortable just in case you need an extra sleeping space. You can enjoy dining inside or on the back poolside patio. Just in case you cannot leave your work at home, we have just completed a built-in work space with broadband internet and free long distance.
Walk out the front door to two lighted tennis courts, out the back door to the beautiful pool canopied by awesome oak trees and one minute to the side awaits the awesome expanse of Amelia Island's pristine beaches. All of these are within a one minute walk of our unit. The Beach Club is exclusive to Summer Beach Resort guests and offers an oceanside pool, kiddy pool, swim shop, restrooms, tiki bar and poolside café offering lunch, drinks and ice cream (open seasonally).
Available on or just off the island are several world class golf courses (designs by Arnold Palmer, Mark McCumber, Davis Love), great shops, unique daily excursions and even more exciting dining options. We will be more than happy to make recommendations.
It is great to visit in spring for the the Concourse d'Elegance or the annual Shrimp Festival. Summertime brings typical Florida summer beach weather with bright beautiful days to get out and enjoy sunning, searching for shells, kayaking or horseback rides on the beach. Fall/Winter offer beautiful weather in North Florida and it is an excellent time to enjoy all that the region has to offer without the crowds, traffic or waiting times that come with summer. |
