  We spent our 23rd wedding anniversary on Hilton Head. This has been a regulary trip since 1985 and we have stayed in Inverness since the late 1980's. The area is quiet, beautiful and convenient to everything. The unit is absolutely beautiful in every way. The owners not only have pride but also have great taste in the way they have done the unit. It is wonderful and we are already thinking about next year.

  The property was everything we hoped to find: light and airy, lovely views over the golf course and very comfortable beds and furniture. Unlike many other properties at Palmetto Dunes, this one is not hidden under trees, allowing lots of light to enter it. The location is perfect, just minutes from the beach, tennis, golf, shops and restaurants. Very much recommended and we will definitely return when we go back to Hilton Head.

  The unit was really beautiful and the pictures do not show how great this condo is for a stay. It was close to everything that we enjoyed - the pool was 4 minutes away and the beach was a close drive. You could wallk it or bike it with no problems. We enjoyed the master bed room and bath upstairs. The unit was fully equiped with everything you would need for a stay. Looking forward to coming back for a longer stay next time.

  We had a wonderful time staying at the villa this summer. The children enjoyed watching the wildlife from the back deck and fishing from the dock early in the morning. We rode our bikes to the beach each day and swam in the pool in the evenings. The convenient tennis courts offered an exciting daily match between my husband and my son. There is something for everyone here! The villa itself is beautiful. We have been coming to Palmetto Dunes for 9 years, and this is loveliest place we have stayed in yet. There was nothing that we needed during our two week stay that was not provided for in the villa. We will definitely rent this villa again next year.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  The villa was absolutely exquisite - the furnishings, the entertainment systems, the artwork - everything was beautifully appointed! Everyone in our group from age 8 to 89 found something they enjoyed doing. The children enjoyed riding their bikes to the beach everyday. My husband and I enjoyed playing tennis and riding bikes. My mom enjoyed watching from the back deck the herons, alligators, the fish jumping in the lagoon and watching the kayaks as they paddled by. On Sunday we attended Central Church where we felt like we were among old friends. A highlight for my nephew was attending a baseball camp, coached by professional baseball players during the "Week of Champions". We enjoyed Shelter Cove, the Shannon Tanner show, and the spectacular fireworks. We had fun playing board games and cards under the skylight in the breakfast room. We enjoyed sharing meals together that were prepared in the spacious and well equipped kitchen. Bill and Doris were so kind and helpful and we appreciate all they did to make our stay so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you for providing such beautiful accommodations. We will forever treasure our memories of this extra special place and the time we spent there.

  We have been coming to HH for more than 25 years and this is the finest golf course villa we have ever rented. Outstanding layout, furnishing and view. I would highly recommend it as outstanding!
