A stunning property with private pool and tennis court, set on the outskirts of the village of Curetta, in the heart of the beautiful Tenna Valley, Castel Clementino is a renovated villa in its own grounds, the south west corner of which incorporates a 16th century hilltop fort.
Commanding spectacular 360 degree views from the Adriatic coast to the Sibillini Mountains and the hilltop towns of Monte San Martino and Penna San Giovanni, the villa has been restored to an extremely high standard and includes an infinity pool and national size tennis court
Set in two hectares of land the villa affords total privacy being the last property at the end of a private road; equally it has access to the nearby historical town of Servigliano as well as to the coast and the Sibillini National Park
The facilities offered by this villa are unique within the area and the views have to be seen to be believed. Holidaying here is a very special experience
The ground floor is open plan, offering a large living room with original slit windows, French windows opening onto patio and pool area, open log fire, with TV/DVD system. This leads into a dining room and separate fully fitted kitchen with American style fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/ tumble dryer. Cloakroom. Small sitting room/bedroom five with double bed settee, TV/ DVD.
First floor features two master bedrooms with king beds, ensuite facilities and superb views to the Sibillini mountains. Two twin rooms, with lovely views North and South and house bathroom
All rooms feature traditional open tile and beam ceilings and full central heating. Cleaning will be carried out once a week. The property is not suitable for children under five.
Outside a large covered peregola leads to a tiled patio area, well equipped for al fresco dining and sun bathing and a 10 x 5 metre infinity pool with diving board. The area around the pool is fully landscaped leading down to the national size tennis court with magnificent views over the surrounding countryside.
