We are seeking mutually beneficial situtaions for responsible and caring guests. We live in Denver and love spending time here any chance we have. This house is loved and is provided much pampering. We do not rent very often but it is our delight to share our home when there is a mutually beneficial fit.
Built in 2004, 4600 sq. ft. with gourmet kitchen, comfortable linens, high speed wireless internet, slab granite counters, cherry cabinets, and all expected executive class amenities and comforts. It has a pool table, ping pong table, golden tee video game, foosball, super chexx hockey, and more (you and the kids will not run out of things to do).
Beautiful views from Peak 8 to Quandry including the ski resort from the living room and deck. There is an outside hot tub. The Blue River runs through the back yard. Awesome sun deck and a beautiful patio with fire pit. Only 1 mile to town but it is in a secluded setting/area in the great outdoors.
Open and inviting floor plan with huge comfortable rooms. Beautiful upstairs master bedroom with king size bed and full master bath. There are also a set of bunk beds in the upstairs loft. The bedroom on main floor has a queen. There are two bedrooms downstairs. One bedroom has a queen. The other bedroom has three beds (one king, one full, one crib). Why the Owner Chose Bekkedal
We bought a house in Breckenridge because we think it is one of the best places to relax and get away. It is a real town with an incredible ski resort yet very accessible from Denver.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Everyone thinks of Breckenridge for skiing and it is great, but there is so much to do. You have access to great fishing, 4x4 trails, mountain biking, snowmobiling, beer and music festivals, hiking, sledding, restaurants and more, all just 5 minutes or so away from the house.

We bought the property many years ago and built the new house that optimizes the views, the feeling of being in the mountains, and made it very much about spending time together. We live in Denver and like to spend our weekends and freetime there when possible. Quite often we have friends and family visit with us.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house! The house and views are spectacular, but we all felt very much at home. We loved the hot tub, and everyone enjoyed the games in the lower level. I can't recommend this house enough, and we will definitely go back again when in Colorado. The owner was great to work with. A great experience from beginning to end! Can't wait until next year!

Great property! downstairs bedrooms, gameroom, are great for the kids(of any age). master suite, views from back deck, proximity to downtown and slopes are all good. we would definitely stay here again.

I've rented quite a few houses over the years and this was one of the best. When considering this place the first thing that caught my eye was the excellent views (later confirmed, although I underestimated how cool the patio and river running through the backyard would be). Golden Tee and SuperChexx provided that extra entertainment value as expected. Most importantly, however, the place is very well furnished - more like a home than a house; hopefully, they'll be kind enough to let you stay there as well.

We stayed here for Christmas 2008 and had a wonderful time! The home was immaculate and full of activities. We loved the game room and the outdoor jacuzzi. There were 10 of us and we felt so fortunate to be together at such a fun and marvelous place. We hope to be there again next year!

We rented this home for the last week of the year 2006. The home was exceptional in quality and ammenties. Owner made us feel very at home, and even left us a nice bottle of champagne for New Years Eve. Thanks!!
