Year Purchased: 2006
Daniel and Lou are from Switzerland where they still reside about half the year. He having a Ph.d in Science sold his Swiss Cereal company in 2001 and Lou was a banker.
Between 2002 and 2006 they traveled nonstop for almost 4 years visiting 105 countries in the world. Then "happened" Barons CreekSide which the developed since.
Why the Owner Chose Fredericksburg
There were these beautiful 26 acres just 2 minutes from Mainstreet Fredericksburg along the creek which were really asking to be turned into a small Swiss village
