The property is literally a few feet away from the Indian River Lagoon and the first national park in the US created by President Teddy Roosevelt, The Pelican Wildlife Refuge.

Watch breathtaking sunrises from your waterfront balcony equipped with your own private bar area. The space shuttle lifts off downrange just north of your private villa as you watch the dolphins swim by.

Just minutes away is the Sebastian Inlet famous for its surfing, swimming, beaches, ocean and lagoon sports fishing. Golf, world class sky diving & instructions, bird watching, diving, treasure hunting, and Pelican Island excursions are all just a few minutes away. The famous Disney Resort, Mel Fisher Treasure Museum, and Jungle Trail are also close by.

Speaking of Disney, we are only one hour and 15 minutes from Disney World and only one-and-one-half hours away from Palm Beach and all of its shopping. Melbourne and Titusville to the North is a vibrant space community that host the Kennedy Space Center, a must see.

But the best part of our villas is they are Brand New and the setting is peaceful and quiet with local restaurants within walking distance that specializes in local seafood. Locals bars and hang outs are always welcoming newcomers.

Local entertainment abounds every night of the week and you will feel far removed from the fast-paced world you came from.

If you have given up on the Keys and would like to see The Real Florida then try our community. Great people and old-fashioned hospitality and you can still get a cocktail under five dollars.
