Great Eagle-Vail Duplex on 14th fairway of the Eagle-Vail Golf Course. This is the owner's private, second residence, not a rental pool property, and is therefore available on a limited basis. Please email for availability.
A beautifully furnished duplex, this property is situated on the 14th Tee of the Eagle-Vail Golf Course, three minutes from Beaver Creek and 10 to 12 minutes from Vail.
This home has new paint, all new furnishings throughout, as well as new hardwood floors on the first level, and new carpet on the second level. The first floor contains two separate living areas, one with a fireplace and one with a television, a dining area, an open kitchen, a powder room, and a separate laundry room with garage access.
The second floor contains three large bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds, along with two full bathrooms. The hallway provides ladder access to the third level loft, with a queen size futon bed.
The Eagle-Vail Golf Course is groomed throughout ski season for cross country skiing or snowshoeing.
For those not familiar with the Vail area, this is not a ski-in/ski-out property. You will need a rental car to drive to the ski areas and local attractions, with free parking at The Beav and $20 per day at Vail. The Eagle-Vail neighborhood is a mix of local homeowners and second homeowners, and in my humble opinion is the best place to live and visit in the Valley!
