Why the Owner Chose Calgary

I really love this part of Calgary as it is in a very trendy area with great resturants on 4th St. a great Italian market around the corner where you can also buy great coffee. I love the idea of being one block from the river with all the bike and walking paths. The stampede is only 3 blocks and we have a huge gym within two blocks where you can swim. The building is well maintained and quiet and very secure.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

Its on ground level with a built in gas barbeque and a small patio with trees and some grass which is so nice to have when you experience how close you are to the down town core. Much nicer than being in a high rise complex. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning but see the calgary tower at the same time.

My husband and I moved to Calgary some years ago and really love it here. We love the mountains and the people here are so friendly. This picture was taken a couple of years ago when we were on vacation in Italy.
