A one-bedroom that is roomy enough for 6, this corner condo unit has a huge wrap-around lanai with a breakfast table and an ocean view. Cable TV, VCR, and DVD are at your disposal for entertainment, although a walk along the waterfront is usually much better. We have a little library of books and magazines, pool toys, beach mats, DVDs, even a cooler for our guests, along with a phone and answering machine.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, plus a queen-sized futon and it's own Cable TV/VCR, private lanai and bathroom with jetted tub. The living room couch folds out into a bed large enough for two. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, plus coffee maker, blender, and microwave.
Walk from your temporary home to the restaurants, shops and bars of downtown Kailua-Kona in 5 minutes. Beaches are within a 5-minute drive south and a 35 to 40 minute drive north, and the airport is only 7 miles away. Grocery stores are within 5 to 10 minutes' drive as are farmers' markets, natural food stores, and video rental stores.
