Waikoloa Fairways is located in a gated community, on the third fairway of the Waikoloa Village golf course on the Kohala coast. It is a spacious end unit (1600 sq. feet)on the west side, with a private garden and spectacular ocean view.
Waikoloa Fairways is the nicest gated complex in the village, with a private, gorgeous pool, hot tub, barbeque pavillion, and beautiful landscaping.

Dec 16-Mar 31, Jul 01-Aug 31 .. $150/night .. $900/week .. $2900/month.
$300 Deposit is required to secure your reservation, refundable within 14 days.
$150 Cleaning Fee will be added to the above rates.
Rental Fee plus 11.42% Hawaii State Taxes are due 45 days prior to arrival.
If reservation is cancelled 45 days or more before check-in, $50 Fee is required.
Minimum 3 nights stay required.
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and Check-out is at 12:00 pm.
