You will have your choice of one to six bedroom condominiums and two to five bedroom, lakefront homes that are completely furnished with all the comforts of home. Just bring food and clothes and be ready to have a great time! NO SMOKING IN UNITS & Pets are NOT allowed.

The condominiums offer swimming pools, tennis courts, boat slips, play grounds, and spectacular lake views. Our waterfront homes have private boat docks, privacy, decks and room to relax. Your piece of paradise is just a phone call away!

Amenities	Air Conditioning: All of our properties feature central heat and air conditioning. Washer: All of our properties have a washer and dryer except our 1 bedroom condo units. Dryer: All of our properties have a washer and dryer except our 1 bedroom condo units. Linens Provided: All linens are provided at every property. Garage: A few of our larger homes have garages available for guest usage. Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Some of our properties have boat/trailer parking on location and most others have paid parking nearby. Gas Fireplace: Please ask, we do have properties with gas or electric fireplaces.
Beds	King Bed: Many of our properties feature King beds in the Master Bedroom. Queen Bed: All properties have at least a Queen bed in the Master and many have a Queen in the second bedroom as well. Double Bed Twin/Single Bed Convertible Bed: Most properties have Queen or Double sleeper sofas or futons.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: All properties have cable or satellite t.v. DVD CD Player Stereo System Jetted Tub in Bath: Please ask, some properties have jetted or jacuzzi tubs. Shared Pool: All of our condos have a community pool within the complex available for your use. One of our homes also has access to a community pool. Foosball
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: All properties have fully equipped kitchens complete with stove, full sized refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. 2 of our 1 bedroom condos do not have a dishwasher. Cooking Utensils Provided: The kitchen comes complete with all the basic pots/pans, silverware, plates, dishes, glasses, etc. Refrigerator: All properties have a full sized refrigerator. Dishwasher: All properties except 2 of our 1 bedrooms feature a dishwasher. Microwave: All of our properties have a microwave.
Outdoor Features	Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: Most properties have a gas grill on the deck. Please ask when enquiring. Deck/Patio: All properties have at least one of the following, deck, screened deck or patio.
View/Location	Lakefront: All of our homes and most of our condos are located right on the water and offer a nice view of the main channel or cove setting.
Communications	Telephone: Only about half of our properties have a land line telephone, please check when enquiring. WiFi (Wireless Internet): We do have WiFi at a few of our properties, please check when you enquire.
Other Amenities	NO SMOKING IN UNITS & Pets are NOT allowed
Suitability	No Pets Allowed Kid Friendly: All of our properties except children. Some are better suited than others for smaller children. Please ask when enquiring. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: No property will be rented to any vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) who will be at the property for the entire stay. Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to cancellation or eviction with no refund given. Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking is allowed outside of the home or condo. If evidence of smoking is found inside of the home or condo you will be charged an additional fee to deodorize the property or repair and damage.
