Five bedrooms, five baths, three levels, a game room, two living areas, TV's in every room, hardwood floors, two large decks, two master suites (each with a private bath & walk-in closet, a great view, two car garage, private dock with two large slips and much more!
Spend your next vacation in the lap of luxury with this beautiful waterfront home located by water at the 28 mile marker and by land just past state road KK in Osage Beach. Plenty of room to relax (4000 square feet), two large decks overlooking the water, each with sound, plenty of furniture and a gas grill. This home features a lower level family room complete with a large screen tv, pool table, poker/bumper pool table and a large wetbar complete with a refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. This home also has wifi and a fax machine if needed.
This home books up early so please call soon to reserve your week during the summer. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday only between the middle of June and the middle of August. Summer rates run from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Three night minimum outside of the peak summer season. Housekeeping applies to all rentals. - Minimum Age Limit for Renters : No property will be rented to any vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) who will be at the property for the entire stay. Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to cancellation or eviction with no refund given.

Winter $600 per night/$3600 per week. (Nov. 1 through March 31)
Pay for 6 nights get the 7th night free, Housekeeping is $225 per rental.
Seasonal discounted rates are available before 5/24/12 and after 9/4/12.
Fees do not include damage deposit/protection,taxes or housekeeping charges.
Optional trip cancellation insurance is available.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
This is one of the best areas at the Lake of the Ozarks! We are located at the 28 mile marker, still fairly close to all the waterfront restaurants and we are locatd at the Southern end of Osage Beach. The home is in a small subdivision but is within 10-15 minutes of all of Osage Beach, the restaurants, mall, attractions, grocery stores, etc. Beautiful home on a beautiful Lake.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We have tried to add as many features as possible. There is a t.v. in every bedroom as well as both living areas. The sound system is located on the main level but provides sound inside and out as well as for the lower level game room. The game room featurs a large wet bar complete with a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and microwave. You will also find a pool table, bumper pool/poker table and a family area with a big screen t.v. The main level features two dining tables that each seat four, a beautiful kitchen, plenty of windows and hardwood floors. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is one bathroom for each bedroom and both master bedrooms have walk-in closets and each has a private bath with his and her sinks and large walk-in showers. There are two decks, each with a great view of the water. Home is complimented with a two car attached garage and a large covered dock with two boat slips.

We enjoyed three great winter seasons in this delightful home. The house is lovely, the setting is wonderful, and the owner is just a great person to deal with. The home is furnished very nicely, the kitchen is fully equipped, everything is clean, neat, and organized. We would still be renting, if we had not purchased a neighboring home!

We greatly enjoyed our month in this beautiful home. It was very liveable, comfortable, well furnished, and conveniently located. The owner is very pleasant and easy to deal with, which added to the enjoyment of our stay. We look forward to staying there again.

Really enjoyed our Jan thru Mar'06 stay at this beautiful property. Great golf, amenities, and the people were truly awesome. Pat & Dawn are wonderful to deal with, as well. You won't be disappointed.
