The location of our Platinum rated home will be the attraction. We are located steps away from the Pool and fitness center, golf course and tennis courts. The Beach Shuttle is just outside, a few doors down.
We have a golf course property with golf course and water views out back. The screened-in deck and sun porch allows you to enjoy the privacy of our home, while watching the golfers tee-off on the first hole. The links-style, 27 hole course will challenge golfers at all skill level. The club comes complete with practice range, chipping area, and practice putting greens. A beautiful Clubhouse, with one of the top restaurants in the area is also available. The community Market, across the street from the Pro Shop, offers Deli sandwiches, meals and any other necessities you might need during your stay.
The Platinum Rating on our home indicates to you the very best of furnishings and decorating. The kitchen is fully equipped, it includes microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, as well as all the small appliances you would need. The kitchen and dining area are open to the large family room that boasts an entertainment center, with cable and DVD for the entire family. Master suite is located on the first floor with walk-in closet and furnished with a king bed. Adjoining the bedroom is a double vanity bath with shower and separate toilet.
Our second floor has three bedrooms, two of which contain queen beds in each room, and the third bedroom contains a bunk bed, with trundle, for the kids. There are two full baths upstairs, one of which is a buddy bath.
A quiet TV viewing or reading room is located in the front of the house, on the first floor. There are lots of first class recreational activities to enjoy at Bear Trap, I am sure you will enjoy exploring them all.
