Our condo is decorated with traditional Mexican flair in festive colors. The kitchen is well stocked, the linens are plentiful, beds are comfy and it is clean. The best feature is the forever beautiful Sea of Cortez views from every room!!

Why the Owner Chose Mykonos Bay
We chose our condo because it sits right on the "Costa Azul beach". One of the most famous beaches in Baja and very popular with the surfers. Our condo is also conveniently located close to everything, restaurants, shopping, great snorkel beaches and the quaint down town San Jose. We love to visit down town Cabo (approx. 15 miles) but prefer to stay where it is not so "crazy" and crowded. The beaches in our area are the best and most of the time perfectly swim able. Our Resort "Mykonos' is all privately owned with no pesty time share sales people to follow you around. Mykonos is gated and guarded and our beach is leased just for our resort Owners.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our condo is on the fourth floor, center building. This makes for a very nice view over the Sea of Cortez and the pools as well as private from people walking by at ground level. Mykonos is considered one of the very nicest on the beach. Very well maintained grounds, pools, gym and beach. We have a wonderful H.O. Association and a on site Property Manager. The Gates Guards are very friendly as well as the maintenance Staff. Since, Marguerite works for a vacation rental company in Mexico, we have access to the best "Concierge" service. We can arrange anything you want,from fishing trips to pre-grocery shopping to spa treatments. Please let Marguerite know in advance for any special request. We also have many connections to assist you in the cases you may need any help in Mexico. We are always available to make your stay perfect!
Everything you may need: Daily, fresh tortillas, salsa, fish, meat, produce and bakery. All local and very good! They also have a pharmacy, household goods, clothing and sports equipment.

Beautiful and historical downtown plaza, newly renovated, colonial Catholic Church, many great restaurants, shopping, bars.
Right across the Hwy. from our Resort. great food and dancing. Be very careful crossing the road.
Approx. 20 minutes straight down the coast Hwy. is Cabo San Lucas. Major nightlife, shopping, fishing tours etc. Our Gate Guards will call you a taxi or go next door to the La Jolla and pick one up.

Jeff is a California General Contractor and Marguerite a California Realtor and a Mexico Luxury Vacation Rental Associate with "Cabo Luxury Rentals". We love our condo and use it as much as possible with our three Boy's Jared, Justin and Steffen. Jeff is always improving the condo to make it perfect with his contracting skills and Marguerite knows how to set up and decorate a vacation rental so everything is just like home or better. Every morning we take long walks on the beach with our coffee and watch the Sea of Cortez come alive, it is always changing and stunning with its beauty!
