This is one of many properties that we manage in The Dunes Community which is located on the tip of the Gulf Shores Peninsula offering guests equal access to either the Gulf of Mexico or Mobile Bay. We are nestled between the historic Fort Morgan and the Dunes neighborhood which features million dollar homes.
If you are searching for a nice, quiet, very clean vacation home with easy access to all the fun things to do while you’re on Pleasure Island, you will love The Dunes. We are only 25 minutes west of the heart of Gulf Shores on Fort Morgan Parkway.
There are three different accommodations in The Dunes Community: a one, two, or three bedroom condominium in The Dunes; a one, two or three bedroom condominium in The Indies; or a 3-7 bedroom house ranging from gulf front to gulf view.
The development is beautiful and new!! All units have full kitchens, washer and dryer and private balconies which face the Gulf of Mexico!
The condos are set back from the Gulf about three-hundred yards. How far is that? To most guys, it equals three football fields. To most ladies, it is about the same distance as department store to department store in an average mall. This distance provides a breath-taking panoramic view of the Gulf. To access our private beach, our guests walk down a quiet sidewalk to the boardwalk or request a ride on our limousine golf cart (during peak season)!

- Beach View: This is one of 100 units we manage in Ft. Morgan. Our condos and houses range in blocked views to gulf front. This particular 5th floor unit has a tremendous view of the gulf and the island.
- Water View: We have several units at Navy Cove Marina, which is on Mobile Bay. This particular gulf side unit has a view of Mobile bay and the Gulf of Mexico due to the 5th floor positioning and our location on the tip of the penisula

- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations): We have one gulf front house that is handicap accessible (roll in shower, etc.) But, we consider this condo to be wheelchair accessible. My cousin who is in a wheelchair can manuver his chair in and out of the door openings in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
