This beautiful 2400 sq ft single story family home has everything you need to enjoy the Arizona life. A private pool in the backyard with a jacuzzi and waterfall lays adjacent to a 3 hole putting green, complete with speakers for your favorite music.

A nice large living room is comfortable with a 60" TV, DVD player, stereo and fireplace (viewable from both LR & DR). The formal dining room seats 6 plus in the breakfast nook of the kitchen a table seats 4. The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with everything you will need (Kitchen Aid Mixer, Blender, Food Processor, Cuisinart Pans) and a large island.

The master bedroom has a King size bed and the guest room a Queen. Both bedrooms have TV with cable, DVD player, dresser and closet space. A separate media room offers additional room for hanging out, includes TV, DVD player and stereo.

House has wireless internet service, 2 golf courses within 2 miles, bike paths, two lakes which include catch and release fishing. Around the lake area are picnic areas with grlls, playgrounds, vollyball, basketball courts and great bike paths for riding or a nice stroll. Two bikes are provided.

  • Luxury living in a desert oasis! Our stay at this gorgeous property far exceeded any expectations we had. The quality and aesthetics of this house and all its amenities are nothing short of a 5-star rating. With all of the thoughtful touches provided, you would think the owner created a customized resort just for our family. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, creating meals in the gourmet kitchen, watching full-screen movies at night and riding our bikes around the two nearby lakes. This was one of the few vacations we can really say we RELAXED. Can't wait to stay again at this top-shelf retreat.

  • My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at this home! It was spacious and beautiful, and was a perfect "home away from home" for us. My children loved the pool, my husband worked on his "putting" on the green, while I lounged in the hot tub. I would recommend this property to any couple or family looking for a lovely get away.

  • We stayed in this gorgeous home for two months. It has everything you could possibly dream of...beautiful furnishings, complete gourmet kitchen, incredible backyard and little extras around the house. This is not a typical rental house with just basics; it is a Four Season’s rental. We did not want to leave. The area of Estrella Mountain Ranch is quiet, with many trails to walk, including a nice path around two lakes which are perfect for daily walks or bike rides. The golf course is a very good course with some amazing holes. You can see the stars at night, the neighbors are very pleasant, there are good restaurants close by and even though it is a small drive to most areas it was well worth it because of the home. The owners are very pleasant, leave a nice welcome basket, have amenities in the bathrooms and were prompt on returning our full deposit. We will return.
