This beautiful, professionally decorated and furnished, second-story condominium (with elevator) has a wonderful golf course view. It is in the Highland Woods gated golfing community, is within walking distance of superb shopping, and is only about two miles from the ocean.
The unit includes a large screened and furnished lanai, a convertible queen-size couch in the living room, a dry bar, eat-in kitchen, dining area, two telephones, a Micron PC personal computer with phone-line modem, and Windows 98 and office 2000, two cable TVs, and VCR. All linens and cooking utensils are provided. A covered parking space is also included.
The community has an 18-hole, 72 par, professionally-designed, golf course - each hole has five sets of tees so players of all abilities can enjoy it. A driving range and putting greens are also provided. Further golfing information will be provided upon request. Seven swimming pools and a hot tub are available for continuous use, as are four lighted tennis courts, a club house with grill room, bar, and dining room. The pro shop has two USPGA pros on staff, locker rooms, and an exercise room.
The community also provides weekly organized activities, such as men's and women's golf days, bridge tournaments, tennis days, game nights, and theme nights.
Highland Woods is conveniently located on Route 41 (Tamiami Trail) about 6 miles north of Naples, allowing excellent access to all of the area's amenities.
