Sitting high on a 35 foot dune, the Seahorse Beach House's secluded location allows you to enjoy endless ocean views from the windows and sliding doors and its sprawling balcony space. Just a few steps and you are on the beach. Enjoy sunny days on the large ocean front balcony. The shore is just a few steps from the slding doors, a location that’s sure to rearrange your life’s priorities in more ways than one.
Seahorse Beach House sleeps eight guests total in three bedrooms. Guests have the use of two full baths and one half bath. Rise early and snuggle on our cozy couch to watch the sun rise over the Atlantic horizon. A large 50 inch, state of the art HD LED screen TV is among the home’s many new additions.
The Seahorse Beach House is packed with care and detail to make your vacation that little bit sweeter. This luxury, fully renovated beach house is also packed with many upgrades including granite surfaces throughout, beautiful crown molding, travertine baths, two car spacious enclosed garages, a master bedroom on the ocean side with a balcony.
Handsome beige walls and crisp white crown molding keep your attention where it belongs: on the view, on your family, on having fun. A great family set-up includes a living room with deep, comfy couches. Put your feet up and enjoy the view, a movie or maybe a competitive game of Uno.
To the side of the living room is a spacious dining area. A long, dining table seats guests with plenty of elbow room.
Granite counters in the open-plan kitchen attest to the standard of this home and its fittings. New cupboards, shiny appliances and plenty of prep space will easily make an enthusiastic cook of any guest. Start the morning right with fresh coffee - the coffee maker and all other cookware are provided for your convenience.
Upstairs? Just as lovely. The master bedroom’s king bed, set in a carved wooden frame, has fantastic, high-quality linens and bright accents. Will you notice? Hard to say - there’s a private ocean-front balcony vying for your attention. A wall-mounted LCD TV will tell you of the morning news or delight with a late-night movie. There’s storage space galore and an en suite bathroom, too. Life is nicer at Seahorse Beach House.
Next door is the second guest bedroom with a king bed and ocean-front views. From this lofty vantage you’ll take great photos of your family and pets playing in the waves just downstairs. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Ideal for children but cheerful and inviting for any guest.
The Seahorse Beach House has High Definition TVs throughout with satellite Direct TV, a DVD player, WiFi through-out, private washer & dryer and an enclosed 2 car garage with tons of extra space for boats or kayaks. the kitchen is fully equipped with stove with microwave, icemaker in refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, Corelle dishes, flatware, standard pot & pan set, glassware, ovenware and misc. kitchen tools. The house even has an outdoor shower right off the private walkway to the beach.

You're within a short car ride of historic downtown St. Augustine, the oldest city in America filled with pedestrian walkways with shops, cafes and first class restaurants. We are also close to Daytona Beach and the Daytona speedway and museum. We are also only a 1 1/2 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World/Universal/Sea World as well as 1 1/2 hour to the Kennedy Space Center. Our rental is also a short car ride to Ponte Vedra Beach and PGA golf Course and TPC as well as Jacksonville with the brand new St John's Town Center (with a Costco), Avenue Mall and River Front Arcade. There is also a minor league baseball team and a professional football team and stadium.

Our family of 9 stayed in this house over Thanksgiving. It was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the pool, local shopping, the beach (of course!) and area golf courses. It was well equipped and very nicely decorated. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!

We just spent 2 wonderful weeks at the Rialto Mansion. This is the first time that we rent a house in the US, the house and managers we met were perfect. The house was closer to the beach. Everything was in order when we arrived, and we were pleased to learn that the pictures online matched the home. We'd definitely recommend this house. We were 5 adults and 6 children and all was OK. The swimming pool were hightly appreciated.

My husband, myself, along with our children and grandchildren (a total of 16 of us) couldn't have been more happy with the accomadations we had in this beautiful vacation home. Not only is the home beautiful but there was space for all of us, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Having a pool right out the back door and so many beautiful beaches within short driving distances of the house made it perfect for just relaxing and enjoying all being together. We all loved the quaint town of Venice, but it was nice that we were also very close to a super Wal-Mart making for easy shopping for the 16 of us. All of us had such a wonderful time but unfortuanately the week went way to fast! We are all planning on returning next summer to make more wonderful memories to last another year. Thank you Steve for making these opportunities available to those of us not fortuanate enough to live in your beautiful state!

Kitchen needs a blender. We started doing laundry(linens and towels)at 6:30am and finished just in time to leave the house by 10am. They are not taking into consideration the amount of laundry a 6 bedroom house has. Overall the house was very comfortable. We had 8 adults and 4 children. The resident manager was very quick to fix things(replace light bulbs,repair screen door) The home is 6 blocks from Venice beach not 2

6 couples rented this home located in a quiet neighborhood in April 2008. It is located close to stores, beaches, restaurants, fishing, museums, etc. A short drive will bring you to the sights of Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, as well as the Ft. Myers/Sanibel area. The house is beautifully maintained, with a very up-to-date kitchen, an inviting swimming pool, and offers comfortable accommodations for all. Our group looks forward to renting this home, or another like it in the coming years. Joan
