Roomy three bedroom two bath home on a crystal clear deep water canal. Located at mile marker 28 (ocean side) in a quiet neighborhood. Our home has a concrete dock with the ability to hold a 35 foot boat. Just six houses from Dolphin marina ( a full serve marina with a boat ramp).
We are just 30 minutes from festive Key West and 20 minutes from Marathon. Nearby is Bahia Honda State Park with its beautiful beaches, Looe Key for snorkeling and or diving, Little Palm Island for an evening of fine dining to name a few.
We feel there is no need to leave the back yard. Just steps away from the front door we have crystal clear water for swimming, you can see parrot fish, angel fish lobster, snapper and much more aquatic life just from the dock or while you relax in a tube while floating in the canal.
Nearby are restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, tackle shops, banks, post office, novelty shops, and a weekend flea market.
