Just returned from Breck we loved this condo. It has all the comforts of home and is a great place to spend a week skiing. Steam shower is wonderful and having a washer, dryer in unit is great. Across the street ski rental and walk to Main Street in Breckenridge in maybe 5 mins. Shuttle stops for the slopes across and street and ski in when you are ready for a break. Thanks Chris for sharing your vacation home with us and we will be telling all our family and friends to stay with you when they are in Breck.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

We visited this property for two weeks in early 2011 for a ski trip. Just as the owner stated the unit was clean and updated. Our friends that visited were also impressed. The Tv's and entertainment center was greatly appreciated since one weekend was the Super Bowl, and with extremely cold weather we were stuck indoors for a few days. We have stayed in other units in this complex and this unit has been the nicest and cleanest to date. Park Place is a great location, near town and close to skiing access. The covered parking is also a huge plus to keep snow off the car. All in all this is a strong unit and strong location!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.
