Well, we have just come home from a lovely vacation in Naples. This home was nothing short of perfect, from the well equipped kitchen to the beautiful pool and Lani area. BBQ and the bikes were a pleasure to have, ample seating and enough privacy for everyone. Upon arrival the home was very clean, and the grounds were well maintained. Many great restaurants to eat, lots of terrific shopping, the waterfront was scenic for biking and walking, and we even a few nice classy night life spots on 5th ave. You do need a car to get around town, driving was easy and not congested. I love Naples, this home just makes it more special. Thank you Andrew for allowing us to share your piece of paradise.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property, it's very spacious and very well equipped. The pool is very enclosed and private. The location is perfect for downtown Naples, beach and shopping. We would certainly love to visit Naples again and wouldn't hesitate to book this property again, thanks Andrew.

Gorgeous house in great neighborhood. Pool was a nice bonus with well maintained yard. Rooms were in great condition and bathrooms well maintained. Beautiful living room for relaxing and unwinding at the end of the day. Andrew was a pleasure to deal with.

Its not the first time we stay at your beautiful home. During our last stay in July of 2011 we had a most wonderful time. As usual everything was in great shape and very well taken care of. Every year we try to stay at your home with our visiting family from Spain. We have read the reviews for your home and I just wanted to add that all of them are right on. Beyond Expectations

We just returned from a spectacular week at the Thurkill's home and already booked our next stay. There was a bit of a glitch upon our very late evening arrival ( cleaning crew made a scheduling error- oops! ) and even with the great distance and not to mention time difference the owner was incredibly available and attentive. We had to have a bit of a sense of humor as this was a fluke, he responded to my email at 3 a.m. his time and saw to it the situation was immediately resolved early the next morning. The cleaning folks were delighful and ever so apologetic for their error. Even with the " great pond" between us this is a very visible and attentive owner. He is truly committed to making certain his renters enjoy their holiday at his home. From booking to payment to our stay and departure this was the most pleasant experience we have had! The accomodations and grounds were lovely. Even the pool maintenance fellow couldn't have been more polite. Class acts all around! We had perfect weather. If I didn't know better the owners planned that too! An amazing spacious home to relax. If the restaurants in town weren't so great you'd have no reason to leave the house at all. It was an around perfect stay - we can't wait to return each year- or more :) Thank you Thurkills!!!!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home and really enjoyed our stay! The listing photos were very accurate and it was just what we had expected. The decor is very lovely and we also enjoyed the pool and the very private backyard very much!!!!!! It was a very spacious home, too! We really loved the design and layout of the home, as well! Having a BBQ grill and a garage was a real plus, too! We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood and being so close to the ocean!!!!! We hope to stay in this home again on our return visit to Naples. I would highly recommend this property. The owners were wonderful to work with. The property was very, very clean and neat, and the location was perfect for activities, restaurants and shopping.

Very very nice house

We spent one week in this very very nice house in July/August 2011. Naples is a lovely town, the neighborhood of the house is friendly and calm and the house itself is great. A lot of space for everything and everyone. Very clean. Perfect Aircon. All things that you might need is already there. Pool and garden are bigger than we expected. Beach and downtown Naples, Shopping malls and the pier are all only a few minutes ride. The owner of the house is kind and easy - no problems at all with the paperwork. To make a long story short: If you`d like to spend perfect holidays - rent this house - but only during the weeks we don`t want to rent it again....

Naples, Aug-10

We stayed here for 7 nights, and it proved to be the ideal place to relax and unwind. It's less than 10 minutes' drive to the beach and is the perfect base for exploring the town and Naples area as a whole. The house itself is very well appointed, comfortable and the garden affords excellent privacy. The pool is a welcome refuge from the summer heat, and very popular with the kids. Everything is spotlessly clean and immaculately maintained. The sunsets at the beach are spectacular and the sea is warm. There's a large number of restaurants in the area to choose from to suit all budgets and the are supermarkets and shopping malls close by. It was a real pleasure to stay here, and we'd thoroughly recommend it.

This was our first visit to Naples and we will definitely be making a return trip!! I hope that we were able to leave it as the instructions asked- our flight did leave from Ft. Myers early but I don’t think that we missed anything. Again, thank you so much! We rented you beautiful home back in late June. I'm sorry we did not get a chance to meet you personally but my sister did and said you are wonderful people. I did not want to let to much time go by without letting you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your home while visiting with my sister in Naples. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the privacy of the backyard and pool. The house was so nice and clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home, we enjoyed our time there and it made for a very relaxing vacation.

We have just returned from our holiday in the US where we spent one week at your villa in mid January. We had been to Naples before and liked the area vey much but were delighted to find such wonderful accomodation so very centrally situated. The property is beautifully maintained with private gardens and a great pool. All this within walking distance or a very short taxi ride to some excellent restaurants. Thanks for the use of your home and I am certain we will return at some point.

We stayed at this wonderful villa in October 2007 and had a fabulous time. The villa itself is equipped with everything we needed and so much more. It is a true home and we felt thoroughly relaxed and spoilt during our 2 week stay. The villa is so spacious our kids kept getting lost for the first couple of days, and inside and out the whole feel is luxurious. Our youngest learnt to swim in the unusually large pool, which is set in a lovely private garden. We all spent plenty of time playing out there. Naples itself is wonderful (lots of great restaurants and the best lasagne ever at Naples Tomatoe), and being so close to the Everglades, there's lots of potential for adventure!

As soon as we arrived at the house after a long flight from the UK we were impressed. It looks good from the outside and inside has a lovely, spacious and very Floridian feel. The home was immaculate and the decor perfect, we couldn't believe it was a rental and these owners really look after it. The best part of the house is the rear garden and pool, it has total privacy. Watch out though for the pool cleaners and gardners who turn up each week, they didn't knock and we got a shock the first time. There is ample information on the property and where all the switches are and it even had live English soccer on the cable TV (hubby thought that was great). I would have absolutely no hesitation in reccommending this property to anybody else, we were so sad to leave.

We stayed at this property between 23rd August and 7th September. Overall we were very pleased with the standard of the property and enjoyed the wide range of available facilities. The house and gardens were well maintained and the rear garden offers a level of privacy that is quite rare (and most welcome). Being close to the US 41, it is very easy to get to all the facilities that Naples has to offer. Supermarkets, restaurants etc are all only a few minutes drive away. During our stay the daily average temperatures were a low of 28C and a high of 36C - this meant we spent more time in the house than we originally planned. It was a relief to get back into a cool house! Perhaps it was because of the heat or the time of year but there wasn't a great deal of activity arond Naples itself. The locals were very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome by everyone but we tended to go out of Naples for things to do. Although it is only a few minutes to the beach, we tended to use the beach closer to Naples pier as there was more going on and the water was better for swimming - we saw dolphins swimming close to the shore (and swimmers)at Naples pier which was a surprise to us. However we also saw them at Marco Island when we were in the sea so perhaps they are more common than we thought. We flew to Sanford and it took us 4.5 hours (without anything other than a fuel stop)to drive to the house - the traffic was heavy (both ways) through All this is a great house in an excellent location.

Just wanted to say thank you for the assistance with your home in Naples. Myself as well as the other ladies in the group really enjoyed this past weekend. we found it very spacious and well accommodating. the home is beautifully decorated for a rental and very immaculate. we actually did not feel that we were in a rental at all.
