Location: Glenbrook Resort, Clermont, Central-Disney-Orlando Area, Florida, USA (7 mins to Animal Kingdom; less than 12 mins to Other Disney)

Our stunning villa is brand new (August 2004), situated less than 12 minutes from all Disney theme parks in Orlando.

This fully air-conditioned villa offers all the benefits of home and much, much, more. Comprising of four bedrooms including two master suites, three bathrooms, living room with formal dining table, large family room, breakfast room with breakfast bar and dining table, fully-fitted kitchen, game room with table tennis, pool table, and air hockey, heated pool and spa (with removable baby security fence).

Other luxuries include five TVs, two DVDs, video, PlayStation 2 with games, good selection of DVD videos, CD stereo system, walk-in wardrobes, ceiling fans, corner-style bath in master bathroom, all the usual appliances in the kitchen, water filter system, separate laundry room, and plenty of things for kids to do. For guests with babies, we have a crib/playpen and high chair available. For the golfers, there is a full set of clubs and bag available for guests use (do not forget your golf balls).

The villa is situated off Highway 27, one mile north of the 192. This is the west side of Disney World (ten minutes away) and is much less congested than International Drive or the downtown Kissimmee areas, however still within a very short drive of their amenities. There are many restaurants, shops, banks, and fast food outlets all within one- to five-minutes drive. These include Wal-Mart, Publix, and Winn-Dixie (supermarkets), with numerous local and branded restaurants featuring food from all over the world. There is a Walgreens (chemist/convenience) store at the entrance to the Glenbrook community. The I-4 is only a matter of ten minutes away; there you can reach Tampa in approximately one-hour drive and all of Orlando's major theme parks and attractions within 20-30 minutes.

  • Hi Mike, holidayed July this year and your property is fabulous. Location was ideal for all the parks and the house perfect for the little relaxing time we allowed in our packed agenda. The photos don’t do the house justice, the space and comfort of all the rooms was great. My 6 year old daughter started the vacation, just able to paddle, but after the two weeks in your pool early morning and night is now a complete dolphin. I will, and have already have recommended your house to all my friends and family and I hope to return myself at some point.
