Imagine a privately gated estate only 5 miles west of Disney World? Our house is located in a small community of homes that is surrounded by two private lakes. At night, the surrounding conservation lands make you believe you cannot be only minutes from Disney World. You will think you are vacationing at some kind of private resort!
How comfortable is it? With four bedrooms, an elegant living and dining room, modern gourmet kitchen, and two car garage, it is all the house you would ever expect. This house is designed for up to 10 guests.
The master bedroom is large and spacious. The queen size bed looks out over your sunny pool deck. There is cable television and ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom. The large en-suite bathroom has an oval tub and a glassed in shower. Bedroom two has a queen size bed and cable television. Bedroom three has twin beds and a cable television with DVD player. Bedroom four also has twin beds. A connecting bathroom is located between bedroom 3 and 4.
The family room is delightful. It is large and spacious, and equipped with a cable television and a DVD player. A large glass sliding door opens up to over look the family pool. An adjoining formal dining room is perfect for a dinner together. It can easily seat eight adults.
The kitchen is perfect for preparing that light meal. You will find all the needed smaller appliances and plenty of dishes and cookware. The bar counter is a great spot to feed those hungry children. A full size laundry area is located along the front hallway. There is also a two car garage.
A lovely and private back yard pool awaits you. There is an outdoor dining set next to the pool. Gentle breezes from the open spaces behind the pool, are a welcoming way to greet each morning.

We stayed for a week in February 2010 and everything was better than expected. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and Disney. Very clean and spacious. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. Will stay here again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The house was very nice. As soon as we entered the home we realized how clean it was. The house had everything we needed. My kids loved their rooms and the pool. This was the best vacation home that we have ever stayed in!

The house was great. Very clean and comfortable. Very close to Disney Theme Parks and only a short drive to Sea World, Universal and the Airport. Would highly recommend it. Loved the pool and hot tub. Great vacation. Thanks so much.

Mike, The house worked out great for my family and I. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The kids loved the pool and PS 2. I was very happy to find that the drive to Magic Kingdom, and other parks was as advertised. Thanks again, we will be back.

We had a wonderful time staying there..House was very beautiful and nice and extremely close to all Disney parks and other Orlando sites.. It was great to get up in the morning and swim or swim at night..great location.loved it and Mike thanks alot for making a special vacation for us..house is fantastic,great value,great everything loved staying there and will do so again next time in Orlando,thanks Mike..

Wonderful home -- exceeded expectations. Clean, comfortable and well appointed - felt like we were in a high scale resort with total privacy. Private pool was a definite plus. TEN MINUTES from Disney -- honestly, ten minutes. Stores/restaurants within a 5 minutes drive. Would highly recommend with a 5 out of 5 star rating. Would definitely stay there again!
