You are located 50 yards to the Marina Pool and fishing dock. We are 200 yards to the famous Beach Club Pool and fine dining at the Fish out of Water restaurant. From the beach club, you are a short walk or very quick bike ride to our famous white sand beaches and emerald color water.You are 300 yards to Seaside and all the resturants and shops.
Downstairs has a large living area, Gourmet Kitchen, concrete countertops including 2 thermadore dishwashers, 2 Viking refrigerators, 48 inch Thermadore gas cooktop, wine cooler, bar with ice machine, warming drawer, washer dryer, 50 inch Sony Plasma TV above Fireplace, surround Sound Stereo, screen porch with Swing, 12 foot wood beam ceilings, work desk with wireless Internet, large Master with King bed, two headed shower, Jacuzzi, and an outside shower.
Upstairs has two large masters with King beds in each, baths with shower, tub and 2 sinks, one has private den off of the room with twin bed and other master has a King and twin in a nook in the same room,there is another guest room with King and twin bed in loft, Kids bunk room with 2 full bunks(4 full beds) and televisions in bunks, separate Stereo for the kids, another small bunk room with one set of twin bunks and a bath, large playroom with pull down king size murphy bed with full Kitchen and 2 twin beds in loft, bathroom, and another set of washer and dryers.Pool table.Large Plasma TV/Stereo.
The tower has a nice office with Desk, bar, plasma TV, wireless Internet, refrigerator and ice maker, nice deck with speakers for viewing Cerulean Park and Watercolor.

The description of this property ignited my interest...once we stayed at 82 Watercolor all of our expectations were exceeded. My wife is an interior designer and she was totally impressed with the wonderful and comfortable interiors of the house. The flow of the living space and the bedroom arrangements was perfect... one, two or three families can comfortablly enjoy a vacation that will surly be filled with memories that will draw you back top this area and more specific back to 82 Watercolor. This house is loacted across from beautiful greenspaces,pool and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Trust me, you will enjoy your stay at this beautiful house. This is an exceptional property in Watercolor! Spacious, lovely and comfortable for a large family or group of friends. Bedrooms are large and quiet. Bathrooms are plentiful.This house offers every amenity of "home". Our large family was able to gather in the great room or on the wonderful screened porch. The home was large enough for all to find private areas when needed for rest or reading. Very desirable location for walking to Beach Club and Boathouse pools. Walking to Seaside shops and dining was very easy , as was walking to the Watercolor restaurants and shops. This is a perfect retreat and made our vacation one that we want to repeat next year!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

What a great place to have a family reunion! The home was very spacious and beautiful. We had three families and grandparents, eight adults and nine children. There s plenty of privacy for each family. The location is awesome, close to the beach and the lake. The kitchen was perfect for big family meals, a great open layout. The owner was very helpful and available. I would definitely recommend this wonderful Watercolor home to anyone!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We had a fabulous time staying at this house. It comfortably slept 2 families and our babysitter, with many beds to spare. Can't beat the location in Watercolor- close to the beach club, across from the park, and close to the boat house pool. The house is beautiful, but relaxed. We were all very comfortable there. Thank you for providing such a fun spot for our family vacation! We will be back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This is a perfect house for multiple families which offers plenty of privacy as well as great common areas to accommodate the entire group. The house is huge with every amenity one would want on a vacation at the beach. The four master suites along with the rooms with bunk beds and sleeping lofts for the kids were a nice feature. The play room with the pool table and separate kitchen upstairs provided a great hang out for the teenagers and younger kids. The house is a very short walk or bike ride to easy beach access, multiple pools, shopping and great restaurants. The owner gave some great recommendations regarding fishing, Captain Phil's Charters, and golf, Windswept Dunes and Camp Creek. Another great feature was being located less than a mile away from Publix. Not only do we look forward to staying in this property in the future but also would highly recommend this house to our friends and family members.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

My family had such a wonderful Thanksgiving week in this spectacular Watercolor home. Despite having a large family we never felt crowded since there was so much room and the house is so well designed. This house speaks for itself! We have spent the last several Fall Breaks in the Watercolor community and all three families agree this has been our favorite rental and we hope to return there next year! We would highly recommend this home to anyone! From the location to the decor this house is perfect. We had such a great time staying at this house! It has so much room to enjoy! We had 6 adults and 8 children on this vacation and there was still a ton of space. The house is decorated very nicely with no detail left out. The kitchen is a chef's kitchen and has top of the line appliances. The location is perfect. We were able to enjoy the lake which was only a short walk across the street, the green just outside the enclosed patio, the pool just past the green, and the beach was within walking distance as well! We definitely recommend this house for any family or set of families who wish to enjoy all aspects of a great vacation!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

In a word, "WOW". We have stayed in this home for two years and it is absolutely fabulous. It is one of the biggest family homes on 30-A and it is located right on Watercolor Boulevard overlooking the park. It is a short walk or bike ride to the beach and even a shorter walk to the pool located 1 block away. The owners have spared no expense and loaded the home with high quality furniture, the best appliances and wonderful decorations everywhere you look. No detail has been overlooked from the 3 bars with "good ice" icemakers, to flat screens in every bedroom, to house bikes and beach equipment. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and the house even has 3 laundry rooms to help you cut down on your packing. With 8 adults and 10 kids in the house we had plenty of room to congregate and many places to just be alone. This is really a dream home and we are fortunate the owners rent to select quests.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
