The house is located in the Heart of Watercolor on Cerulean Park in Phase I at 82 Watercolor Blvd. East Spring Break Rates March 1-30,2012 $6,500 March 30-April 14,2012 $7,900 plus $375 Clean and taxes. Spring/fall rates other than Spring Break $5,50000/week (925 nighltly). Summer 2012 (May28th-Aug 4) rates $8,500 plus cleaning fee $375 tax on rate and cleaning(11.5%) Check rates for other times of the year.
You are located 50 yards to the Marina Pool and fishing dock. We are 200 yards to the famous Beach Club Pool and fine dining at the Fish out of Water restaurant. From the beach club, you are a short walk or very quick bike ride to our famous white sand beaches and emerald color water.You are 300 yards to Seaside and all the resturants and shops.
Downstairs has a large living area, Gourmet Kitchen, concrete countertops including 2 thermadore dishwashers, 2 Viking refrigerators, 48 inch Thermadore gas cooktop, wine cooler, bar with ice machine, warming drawer, washer dryer, 50 inch Sony Plasma TV above Fireplace, surround Sound Stereo, screen porch with Swing, 12 foot wood beam ceilings, work desk with wireless Internet, large Master with King bed, two headed shower, Jacuzzi, and an outside shower.
Upstairs has two large masters with King beds in each, baths with shower, tub and 2 sinks, one has private den off of the room with twin bed and other master has a King and twin in a nook in the same room,there is another guest room with King and twin bed in loft, Kids bunk room with 2 full bunks(4 full beds) and televisions in bunks, separate Stereo for the kids, another washer and dryer room, large playroom with pull down king size murphy bed with full Kitchen and 2 twin beds in loft, bathroom, and another set of washer and dryers.Pool table.Large Plasma TV/Stereo.
The tower has a nice office with Desk, bar, plasma TV, wireless Internet, refrigerator and ice maker, nice deck with speakers for viewing Cerulean Park and Watercolor.

My family had such a wonderful Thanksgiving week in this spectacular Watercolor home. Despite having a large family we never felt crowded since there was so much room and the house is so well designed. Absolutely a perfect house along with an ideal location in Watercolor!

This house speaks for itself! We have spent the last several Fall Breaks in the Watercolor community and all three families agree this has been our favorite rental and we hope to return there next year! We would highly recommend this home to anyone! From the location to the decor this house is perfect. We appreciate this family allowing us to make memories with our friends and families in their beautiful home.

We had such a great time staying at this house! It has so much room to enjoy! We had 6 adults and 8 children on this vacation and there was still a ton of space. The house is decorated very nicely with no detail left out. The kitchen is a chef's kitchen and has top of the line appliances. The location is perfect. We were able to enjoy the lake which was only a short walk across the street, the green just outside the enclosed patio, the pool just past the green, and the beach was within walking distance as well! We definitely recommend this house for any family or set of families who wish to enjoy all aspects of a great vacation!

In a word, "WOW". We have stayed in this home for two years and it is absolutely fabulous. It is one of the biggest family homes on 30-A and it is located right on Watercolor Boulevard overlooking the park. It is a short walk or bike ride to the beach and even a shorter walk to the pool located 1 block away. The owners have spared no expense and loaded the home with high quality furniture, the best appliances and wonderful decorations everywhere you look. No detail has been overlooked from the 3 bars with "good ice" icemakers, to flat screens in every bedroom, to house bikes and beach equipment. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and the house even has 3 laundry rooms to help you cut down on your packing. With 8 adults and 10 kids in the house we had plenty of room to congregate and many places to just be alone. This is really a dream home and we are fortunate the owners rent to select quests.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

For the past three summers our family and a few friends have gathered from four different states to enjoy a week in this beautiful home. Five adult couples all had king-sized accomodations and our two teenage granddaughters brought friends, all staying in an adorable room with built-in bunks. We've been vacationing in Seaside and Watercolor for 18 years, and this is the best home we've ever rented. The gourmet kitchen with double ovens/refrigerators is awesome for our large group! And the owners are great to work with! Wonderful access to the beach and centrally located in Watercolor...the best!

Dear Taylor Family,I just wanted to write you a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your homeAug 7-21,2010. My brother Chris rented your home for 2 weeks and he was generous enough to ask us to stay with him.My husband,myself,and our daughter completely fell in love with Watercolor and your beautiful home definitely contributed to that.We have been going to the gulf since our daughter was two years old and she is now 19 so needless to to say it had been awhile. We loved that even though it was a vacation rental it still felt like a home. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable.My husband is the cook in the family and of course he loved the gourmet kitchen! We especially loved the front porch,the flying bed on the 2nd floor porch,3rd floor officeand it's view and the proximity to all the amentities of Watercolor and Seaside.We really appreciated the use of the many bicycles you provided.
