**NEWLY renovated Top-Floor Condo unit that has a Jimmy Buffet atmosphere and resort-like feel. This All-New Unit with 4 Bedrooms sleeps 13 people and has 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen, living and dining area, as well as two of the bedrooms have the commanding view of the main channel that you just won't believe!!! The fully-equipped kitchen has all new appliances! The living area has a huge 50inch Plasma TV that comes complete with Netflix!
This EXCLUSIVE RESORT-LIKE SETTING has a commanding, breath-taking of the Main Channel. Sit on the glass/screen enclosed porch and overlook the Lake and Tiki Bar/Restaurant. We also offer boat rentals from Captain Bob’s (with discounts given to our renters!) Or you can bring your own boat and dock it at our marina. Lake swimming right off the dock!
You can enjoy shrimp, crab legs, and a drink at our Tiki Bar/Restaurant or you can use the provided Weber barbeque grill if you want to cook on your own.

More details: The unit is accommodating and comfortable with open, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, nice, thick towels and 300 count linens provided. Rest easy, there are 3 queen beds, as well as 2 bunk beds in the 4th bedroom that sleeps 5. There's also a brand new queen-size sofa sleeper for those additional guests. Everything you need for a pleasant stay. Hair dryer, washer/dryer, iron and board are all there.
We also have a specialty store which can provide you soda, beer, candy, etc. We even have Schmidty’s Tiki merchandise!
If you want some of the best nightlife on the lake, go no further than our Tiki Bar! Our bartender, Schmidty, has been voted the best bartender on the lake! Otherwise, we are 15minutes from the outlet mall, and various Lake of the Ozark attractions.
And if you want to fish, our docks provide some of the best fishing on the lake. Bring your fishing buddy's and have a great time! BACHELORS AND BACHELORETTES... You can have fun and not leave the complex. CALL us and we'll work out a package deal for a boat ride!!!
INFORMATION:
* 1/3 deposit will hold reservation. Remaining balance due one month prior to arrival.
* Cancellation 3 weeks prior will forfeit deposit. Cancellation within 1 week of arrival forfeits everything.
* CLEANING FEES $150.00 * Cleaning DOES NOT include towels and bed linens while you stay. They will be cleaned by management after your departure. Washer and dryer units are in the house for those extended stays.
* Sales and lodging tax do apply.

Had a great experience with this condo. Have to admit when we first pulled up I was a little put off because it looks very rustic on the outside. But the inside was beautiful and it all worked out. Loved the fact that the store was right below us and the bar/restaurant was right next door. Tons of fun, but not too crazy. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Celebrated my husband and I's 30th birthdays at this property last weekend. We had 10 adults attending which was about the right fit for the property, though that did include 1 couple sleeping on either the pullout couch or in the bunk bed room with another couple. No big deal, since we knew that was the arrangement. The description "diamond is the rough" is pretty dead on. When we first pulled up we were a little nervous as the outside is not nearly as polished as the inside, but once we were through the door, things were great. The view is AMAZING! Huge screened deck to sit and watch the sunset and boats go by. The owners were always either a quick walk downstairs or a phone call away and extremely accommodating. They got us in touch with a boat rental nearby who delivered the boat to our dock so we could just walk out on Saturday and start boating. They were always around if we needed something and were very friendly, and wanted to make sure we had a great time. Great buy for the money. We couldn't have asked for much more. The restaurant and bar "Schmidty's" is right next door which is convenient and fun. Not sure if it would work out during peak season for a family as I imagine it could get rowdy, but for a group of adults it was great and no issues at all. Interested in coming back again in the future. Would recommend this property for girls nights, guys outing, mixed adult party, and possibly family fun depending on your thoughts on the bar being 10 feet away.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

The condo was BEAUTIFUL and brand new! Twelve woman celebrated our best friends upcoming nuptials. Everything was perfect. Rented a pontoon on Saturday and it came complete with a captain--who took us to Party Cove and every bar on the lake we could visit....decided Schmidty's was the BEST!!! Spent the rest of the weekend at Tiki Bay/Schmidty's. Several of us told our husbands "We're coming here next summer with the whole family." LOVED IT LOVED IT LOVED IT!!!! Thanks for a GREAT TIME!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
