The condo is located across from the Ala Wai Marina on the 12th floor and fully remodeled in 2005. This a great location within walking distance to nearly everything – the beach (2 choices – Ala Moana Beach and the famous Waikiki Beach), Ala Moana Mall which features shopping, a grocery store and pharmacy. Great dining areas ranging from fast food to romantic restaurants are at your fingertips.
It is located in a secure building and includes parking and has a coin laundry located in the lobby area. The bus line is right on Ala Moana Blvd and can take you anywhere you want in Waikiki in case you don’t feel like walking.
As with the Hawaiian style to floors are hardwood bamboo floors, tiled bathroom and carpeted bedroom.
Sip your morning coffee from the spacious lanai with panoramic views from the ocean to the mountains. Complete with table and four chairs as well as a loveseat to watch the beautiful sunsets, rolling surf, canoes/kayaks paddling into the ocean or the Friday Night fireworks display. Maybe you’ll be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the “green flash” as the sunsets.
The full size kitchen features granite counter tops, new appliances that include full size fridge, new glass top stove, microwave and dishwasher. In addition it is stocked with a rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans and utensils – everything you need to cook your meals.
Sleep in a spacious bedroom includes a queen size bed with 400 count sheets and hypoallergenic pillows. If you prefer not to use the air conditioning you’ll have the breezy trade winds that flow through while you’re sleeping.
A queen size futon in an open bedroom area in island style has an upgraded spring mattress.
The living room is furnished with a delux full sized futon bed that provides views of the ocean from within.
Household amenities including towels and lines are provided.
