Fantastic Condo in desirable Beach Club Resort. The Beach Club is a full service community complete with two restaurants, spa/salon facilities, grocery store, two gift shops, kids club, club house with indoor pool and work-out facilities, videgame room, and tennis courts all on the property. You can't get enough of the water with 7 outdoor pools, 5 jacuzzis, 1 indoor pool, and a huge expanse of white sandy beach.

Plus for those Golfers out there. Fantastic Discounted Golf Packages through the Beach Club Rental Offices at the Top Gulf Courses in the Area. Try out the Peninsula, Kiva Dunes, and more.

The Avalon Tower was built in 2002. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and comfortable for the entire family or a group of friends. Well stocked kitchen with all the amenities and fabulous granite counter tops. The quality washer and dryer is located right off the kitchen. For dining in there is a elegant dining set with room for 6 or 8. There is a large balcony that overlooks the Gulf with a table and chairs for four.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the balcony as well as a large master bath, walk-in closet, and a huge garden tub/shower. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds and full-size baths. The couch in the living room pulls out to a comfortable queen-size bed. Each bedroom has a TV.
