It is our home away from home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen to meet your culinary needs and deck for outdoor dining, or just sipping an iced tea and relaxing, we also have playing cards, board games, a small film library of VCR and DVD movies,free Wi-Fi, and plenty of sunshine.

Why the Owner Chose Kiva Dunes
This is our home away from home, where we go to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage is our "decompression chamber". Our family had been coming here for years and finally had the opportunity to own in this quiet, private community. Our neighbors in Kiva are also our neighbors back home in New Orleans. We hope to retire here one day!

This beautiful little house was absolutely perfect for this mom and her two teenage boys. Literally just steps away from the pool and from the beach. Away from the usual beach crowd but still close enough to enjoy everything there is to do and see. We will definitely be back! p.s. web-pics don't do it justice!
