Beautiful oceanfront beach home located on the beach in North Topsail Beach. Stunning views of the ocean and Intercoastal Waterway on the other side. Completely updated in 2008 with new carpet and granite countertops. This home has spacious decks and porches in front and back, open floor plan, comfortable living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, office with internet access, and lower level game-room.
Just step off the rear deck and walk onto miles of uncrowded, sandy, white beaches and into glistening blue ocean waters. Beautifully landscaped with stately palm tress to get you in the Carolina beach mood.
Your home-away-from-home has everything you need to relax and build special memories with your family. Sit on the deck in your rocking chair and watch the dolphins swim by or take a short stroll to the fishing pier. The game-room on the bottom level is equipped with foosball, pool table, air hockey, ping pong table and television. Or venture out and explore the island for ice cream, fresh seafood, miniature/regular golf or visit the sea turtle hospital.

Our family desired a nice fall weekend on a NC beach and selected Carolina Palms. Sitting on the deck was fabulous. You feel like you are on a cruise ship sitting in the main living area with all of the windows. It was a great location. We specifically selected this home for its ammenities in the event that the weather might be less than perfect in the fall. The description of the pool table, ping pong, air hockey and foosball swayed us to choose this property. We were very disappointed. All ammenities are located in the basement which suffered from a severe mold/mildew issue. The basement is not climate controlled, and the smell was overwhelming. We were unable to use the space. There were six of us, ranging in age from 17 to 80, and no one could tolerate the conditions. While the home is spacious, it is in definite need of a good cleaning. I would not rent this property during the summer because there is no beach during high tide to enjoy. The erosion in this location is taking its toll. We also selected this unit because it is pet friendly, but beware. Our dog is 10 yrs old and has never had a flea issue until leaving this home. Make sure you apply flea control to any pets before renting this home or your pet will have hundreds of fleas. Fortunately, none of the people were affected. When we visited, the property was for sale. While furnishings had been updated and were comfortable, the exterior of the home has been neglected. Our experience was mixed. Our family saw beautiful sunsets and sky lit nights, the furnishings were comfortable, but the property did not meet the standards of other similarly priced accommodations that we have rented.Did you find this review helpful? This is the best house on Topsail Island. It has everything for a wonderful vacation. Thank you for share this great house with us. The beds are great. Dine in or out on the deck. The fishing was great. On rainy days we played games, air hockey and pool.The master bath is very nice also. I can't say enough about this amazing house. We have stayed here several times and will be back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
