My wife and I bought this condo in 2010 from the original owner and have since completely remodeled the unit. this Condo was bought and remodeled it to be a place that we may move into, with its ground floor location, as we get less able to walk up stairs to our current home. We currently live across the street from Xaman Ha in a Condo we bought 13 years ago and have lived in ever since. You may notice from our picture that my wife and I have become the Playa area Santa and have enjoyed bringing happiness to thousands of children every year. We personally manage our property and live within two minutes of the Condo. With our long history in the area we are available to help you with any problem you may have or activity you may be looking to do while in Playa.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This Condo is located in one of the most secure areas of Playa with one of the best beaches you will ever find. The property is within a gated community but only a very short walk from the heart of downtown Playa. When you come home to the Condo you go from noise of busy restaurants, bars, and shopping to the quiet, safe home away from home you would want.
