The balcony overlooks the pool, hot tub, and pristine white sand beach. The large living room has two full-size sofas, one opens into full/queen bed. The windows are floor-to-ceiling which gives you a full view of the gulf. Pets are NOT allowed.
The Resort amenities include a beautiful Lagoon Pool, nine hole golf course, 12 tennis courts, two restaurants, and a hair/tanning salon. The Pier Park is a short distance as are shopping and restaurants. Water sports rentals are also available. A new Fitness Center now available for guest use.

What wonderful week we had in Panama City Beach! We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. Everything was just as it appeared in the pictures. The view is tremendous. I loved getting up every morning and walking down the hallway to the gorgeous view from the floor to ceiling windows. The condo was was extremely clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks, Joan for sharing your beautiful condo with us. Look forward to returning to this great condo.

We just returned home from Panama City Beach after staying from July 3rd till July 10th. Joan, has a "beautiful" condo, very updated, views are spectacular, condo was very clean, our Family had a "Great Vacation"!!! I would recommend Miss Joan's condo Tower III unit 1010 to any Family that wants a vacation filled with "Loads of Fun, and Sun". Thank you Miss Joan for your kindness, and for all you did for our Family, to make our trip, one we will cherish for years to come!!! this was a beautiful place to stay. The restaurant had delicious food and reasonable priced. We're just sorry the weather turned out to be so cold the weekend we stayed. would love to come back when it's nicer weather. Would recommend it to anyone. The rooms were very clean and furnished very nicely. Staff was very friendly.

What a wonderful vacation spot! Condo was exceptional! Fantastic view - spotless accomodiations - extremely friendly staff and the most courteous owners! Just returned from a week long vacation and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. A true 5 star experience all the way around! Can't wait to start planning our return visit - we will be back! Thanks again Joan!!!
